Dragonballs

Through the powers of Dende, the dragonballs have been combined into a single set. Before Frost could sieze them, Dende spread the balls through the galaxy in their empowered state. Now the Chubbs universe holds a single set of dragonballs. Each ball has a specific ability that it grants to whomever currently holds onto it. Whenever they are spread back out, they are spread out to 7 planets, where they must be found again.
As soon as you have collected all 7 of the dragonballs, you can call out the Dragon and ask for 1 wish.


How can you collect Dragonballs?

Dragonballs are given out for exceptional roleplaying, extensive dragonball quests, and saga rewards.
For your character to find a Dragonball, they must have a Dragon Radar.





When the Dragon is summoned you may wish for anything as long as it is cleared by the staff. (PM one of the admins on the boards.) Be creative, it can be anything from more power to techniques to whole planets to girls underwear.




In addition, as long as the Dragon hasn't been summoned yet, the dragonballs give special powers to the wearers.

1- Fusion
Two people may hold this ball and stare into it at the same time, falling into a trance. During this trance, the ball turns their forms into pure energy and fuses them together into a single entity. They remain fused for as long as the fused form physically holds onto the ball. When the ball becomes seperated from their being (broken necklace holding it, cut sack, dropping it) then they immediately unfuse and awaken completely weak.

2- Determination
The user finds that their hard work and dedication seems to affect them a lot more. (+100 Det) (You must have this ball in your possession for one OOC week in order for it to affect you.)

3- Healing
This dragonball has mysterious healing properties, allowing the holder to completely heal himself or another once a week as if having taken a senzu bean.

4- Equal Ki
This ball prevents any opponent within range of raising his Ki any further than the holder of this ball. Regardless of transformations, their opponent's stats max out at whatever the holder's current stats are. If the possesser of this ball transforms or uses a technique to increase their stats temporarily, then their opponent may power their stats up to the ball owner's current stats or their max, whichever comes first. If the ball controller lowers his level by ceasing to be transformed, then the opponent finds themselves equally weakened. (This evens the playing field out so that top tier fighters can't just beat the shit out of the dragonball holder.)

5- Cloak
This ball completely cloaks the user's Ki, allowing them to only be sensed by a Dragon Radar or Ki Sense 3, as if they were an Android.

6- Power-Up
This ball empowers the user, allowing them to enter the transformation level above their max natural level (up until the levels cap out.) As long as the user has control of this ball, they may power up to their next transformation level, but if this ball is removed from their posession, they find themselves suddenly drained and tired. This also leaves them exhausted after use.

7- Suppression
This ball has a negative Ki quality, canceling the effect of all other dragonballs nearby. The controller of this ball finds that all other balls in their posession are nothing more than ordinary balls, and opponents find that they cannot use their balls powers. If the user wishes to use the abilities of their other balls, for example 2 for the week, then they must hide this ball in a different location, chancing that they may have this ball stolen. However, they can use this ball when seeking other balls to prevent their opponents from attaining massive advantages using them.
