Just curious what others think about the Pacers signing Andrew Bynum. I don't see how it can hurt and I'm optimistic that it's a great move. I don't buy the bad for team chemistry argument. Maybe from a younger, more fragile team, but these guys already seem beyond that. |

I think hes a complete tool, but i feel like he could be a really good player. I also feel as though the team, from the staff on down, wont let him be that same idiot from LA. They wont put up with it. This is probably his last chance in the NBA. |

If he's a detriment to the team, they cut him after March 6ish and nobody can put him on their playoff roster. |

So is he ever even supposed to be on the active roster? Is he hurt? I dont get it. As far as i can tell for the last few years, Andrew Bynum the basketball player doesnt even exist. Its like when people call Jay-Z a rapper. |

I would imagine he's probably not in game shape. He's been on the sidelines for the past few games, but inactive. |

Depends on what game we're playing. I'm right in the sweet spot for a game of beer pong. |

For what it's worth: http://probasketballtalk.nbcsports.com/2014/02/12/reason-for-andrew-bynum-getting-kicked-out-of-practice-and-suspended-by-cavs-revealed-and-its-hilarious/?ocid=Yahoo&partner=ya5nbcs Part that strikes me is the guarantee date in January. Think the Cavs didn't have incentive to cut him? He wasn't dominating, putting up OK numbers, nothing exceptional and the team was struggling, so pretty convenient to let him go. |
