Here you go:

2014: Salary $4,500,000/ Signing Bonus $250,000
2015: Salary $870,000/ Signing Bonus $250,000/ Roster Bonus $4,630,000
2016: Salary $5,500,000/ Signing Bonus $250,000
2017: Salary $5,000,000/ Signing Bonus $250,000/ Roster Bonus $500,000

$10.13M in guaranteed money (2014 base + 2015 roster bonus + signing bonus)

This is a fantastic deal for the Colts. It's heavily front-loaded and by only giving out a $1,000,000 signing bonus ensures that if he doesn't work out, Jackson won't destroy the Colts salary cap management. The year-two roster bonus is the key to this as it all hits in the second year only. If he's released in year-three, Jackson hits the cap for only $500,000; year-four is only $250,000.

I can't say this enough times but "It's all about the guaranteed money"!!! Regardless of the media howling about over-paying for him, this is how a good team keeps their salary cap in great shape.

Great work, Mr. Grigson!

I concur. Grigson has done yeoman work in regard to posturing and structuring deals, while keeping an eye on 2016 and beyond. Kudos.
