Which big dollar signing by any team, not just the COLTS, so far this off season will be the most regretted in two years?

I worry it will be Jackson, although I guess he didn't sign for that much compared to the others. Davis obviously has the potential to be the biggest regret given the amount of money, but he's been pretty good so far and should only get better.

In two years...hmm. I'm not sure as they've all been structured to be easy-to-swallow cuts in two years. Of course, we don't have specifics on Vonte Davis' deal yet.

Hard to say, but I can tell you this; I'm extremely disappointed that we didn't reach out to Verner. His contract was peanuts in TB. He should have got much more and I think we may regret not dialing up his cell phone to see what he thought about pairing with Vontae for the next 4-5 years and winning a title. they got him for 4yrs/26M i believe. no way we shouldn't have been in the mix.

The biggest regret signing, i can assure you now is Roger Saffold by the Raiders. They sure know how to waste a lot of money.

I think Verner is more of a zone coverage specialist, not man-to-man. He doesn't have the speed of Davis and other shutdown type corners who play in the type of defense we run. In short, I don't think he's the right fit. Much like Powers wasn't a good fit for our new defense.

ROGER SAFFOLD. What are the Raiders thinking? They let Veldheer walk and sign Saffold? DUH.

Verner sign was the best value deal for me too...
