Looked like the Pacers had given it away, but Miami is resting James and Bosh tonight with the no. 1 seed on the line. They're down by almost 40 late in the third. Looks like the Pacers will officially be the no. 1 seed in the East. |

Bleh, the Pacers need a true point guard. There is no consistency on offense other than the consistency of too much dribbling and then a jump shot. No one can create shots for themselves except for PG and Lance and even then they both have trouble doing it sometimes. Hibbert has fallen off the face of the earth as well on offense AND defense. Not that the defense has been any good anyways lately. |

Looks like Miami felt pretty comfortable knowing number 2 would be number 1 by the time the conference finals roll around. No way the Pacers survive to the conference finals. Tuesday is a must win or they will be swept by the #8 seed. Right now, I'd say they will be lucky to get the Hawks to game 6. They absolutley, positiviely need a point guard and a coach that isn't afraid to make line-up changes. |

Now that was the Pacers we saw at the start of the year. Kept it close til the half, then locked it down in the second half. Great game. |

If the Pacers survive this series, I think it could be just what they needed to pull together and get some fight back. Heat are catching a break though with Charlotte. They needed a sweep for the rest and it looks like they will get it. |

I think now we see why the Pacers and the Heat were fighting each other for the #2 seed. |

Well, after tonight I'm finally through holding out hope for the Pacers. Getting blown out at home in the third. A complete mess. I've never seen a team go down the toilet like this without losing someone to injury or some other BS (like the brawl in Detroit). So disappointing. |

Very disappointing. But someone needs to get a word to the front office: if you're going to have a bunch of guys that are slower and less athletic (which we have by the barrel full), they need to good shooters (which we're not), fundamentally sound (don't make me laugh), and have a high basketball IQ (don't make me laugh harder). The team obviously has some talent, but I haven't seen a dumber team in a long time. That points to coaching, but also to players like Paul George and Lance Stephenson who just aren't smart players. George Hill is the smartest player on the team, but not athletic enough for the point guard spot. |

Hill can be a great sixth man but he's a liability as a starting PG. George has amazing talent, but not sure he'll ever mature enough mentally and emotionally to be a dominant super star. West is a stud, but he's growing older. Hibbert is an inconsistent mental wreck. Stephenson and Turner can now both walk for all I care. |

Pacers pull out game six in Atlanta, now headed to a game 7 in Indy. Crazy series. |

If they lose, they deserve to lose after the way theyve played. But honestly I think ATL has been playing balls to the wall. Theyre hitting some amazing shots even in the face of decent defense. PACERSTRONG I told everyone i work with that if we win game 6, were going to win the series. No way im gonna be wrong. |

Paul George was a monster tonight. Good to see Hibbert getting back on the boards and scoring too. They took it over in crunch time. |

Sometimes the Pacers are so slow and undisciplined it is frustrating to watch. Like tonight. Rebounding is fundamentals. It was an embarrassing performance. I think they still go to the eastern conference finals, but they don't have the discipline and the intensity every night to really be a serious threat for the title. |

pretty sad effort. To get outrebounded by 40 rebounds. Good Lord, that is pitiful. Another game 7 coming up. They won't win Thursday in Washington. 3-4 record at home in the playoffs.

What is really frustrating is it is now one, probably two more times of listening to Chris Webber spout nonsense and Ian Eagle shout 'book it!' after someone scores. |

Pacers are more motivated against the Heat. You can tell. Not saying they'll win the series, but not surprised they showed up for a game 1, finally. |
