The one thing I noticed about today, and last week, is that we came out hungry. We finally seem to be doing some first half damage, and both weeks we've seen our backup come in because we have crushed our opponents. I'm VERY excited with what i've seen

The run game struggled but the last two weeks they have used Luck to open the run game. The offense is much more effective when the offense flows through Luck first.

But TRich still had a great game. I believe 99 yards total (rushing and receiving). He definitely made some key yards when needed, as did Bradshaw. And overall, combined the Colts had over 100+ yards rushing again.

Still a little concerned with the dropsies though, but TRich isn't the only one. Still, I'm glad we have him. I don't know if Bradshaw could do it all. I'm sure he could, but how worn down would he be at the end of the season?

Remember the Colts SB run? It wasn't just Joseph. We also had Dom as well. They complimented each other and I feel with Bradshaw and TRich, we have the same one-two punch.

One thing I am glad about today, and really most of the season, we have gotten off to fast starts. That's something that we did a lot under Peyton, but haven't done much of under Luck.

So looking at the rushing yard standings, Demarco Murray leads with 385 rushing yards. TR and Bradshaw combined have exactly 385 yards. The yards are definitely there for the rushing offense.

Murray is going to be exhausted at the end of the year.

Murray has 385 through three games. He has 126 more so far tonight. Our two guys have 385 through four games.

No, and I could never imagine a situation where I would need proof I purchased a donut.

IMHO, the key is the o-line and d-line.

If Luck has pass protection, with his talent and the team's weapons, they can score on anyone. If he is constantly getting hit, and has to run for his life, not so much.

The defensive line has its limitations on pass rushing, but gone are the days that our 280 pound linemen and 220 lb. linebackers are getting pushed around. This group is big and defends. I noticed that the small, quick backs give them trouble, but not the power runners.

Having Toler and Davis both healthy is a big help. Both those guys are playing well. Now if only the secondary could cover the tight end. :-x

Yes, our safeties and inside lb's are where team will attack us through the air. Our defense looked pretty spotty today, I thought. Tennessee did more to kill themselves than we did to stop them and many occasions.

We at least have a bonafide threat in running the ball. That is making a world of difference.

I thought our o-line did well picking up the blitzes today.

Bradshaw has been a nice surprise. I think we all knew he could be effective if healthy, but I don't think any of us expected him to last two games, never mind four.

We don't have the offensive line that the Cowboys do, so not fair to compare our guys to Murray. Heck, if we had their O-line, I'd expected us to make the Super Bowl with all of the other pieces we have. Safety would be our only true weakness.

On another note, the onside kick was an interesting event. It seemed like we had a goal to take advantage of Houston's special teams play in the game. I know I was surprised to see how many times we brought it out of the endzone from 8 or 9 yards deep. On the onside kick, I noticed before the kick that Houston only had 2 players lined up on the 45, compared to our 5 guys on that side. We really had the numbers, and I didn't see them in that formation again. Must have been a preplanned play if Pat saw that formation. Well executed.

I don't remember the last time we had any confidence of winning the special teams battle.

It reminded me a bit of the time when the Titans pulled it on us while under Fisher.
