It's time for the NFL to scratch this format, unless teams had a bye the prior week. Also, does anyone find it interesting that the Colts are the only team who has not hosted one of these games yet? Once again, the Colts are forced to travel during a short week against a divisional opponent. On the flip side, it does give the team some extra days to rest and/or prepare for the Bengals game, which could be useful for playoff seeding. |

These games are consistently terrible. These guys can't recover from a game in 4 days. |

I was excited when Thursday games began because it = more football. Not so much anymore. I agree they should scratch Thursday games. I end up turning them off more than I watch them. |

They're all blowouts. The PAckers just destroyed the Vikings, the FAlcons beat the Bucs as bad as you can possibly beat a team. I thought they were going to win 100-0. They're just unwatchable games. but like pre-season and games in London, they'll never do away with them because it makes money. |

No, we have. I was there, I remember it clearly because i couldn't get to my seat because the Thursday Night Football people had their little studio set up directly behind my section blocking off one aisle completely while all the idiots trying to get on TV made it impossible to get to the other aisle without walking all the way around the stadium. |

You are right...it was 2011. This will be our 8th appearance on TNF, with 7 of them being road games. |

Since the games are typically pretty bad I often watch the Thursday night college game and flip over to the pros during commercials. They could scrap it and I wouldn't miss it any. |

I usually flip back and forth between re-runs of Good Times and The Andy Griffith Show, then check the score at halftime. |

I usually tune in briefly, lose interest in a short amount of time and switch to something else. It's a disadvantage for both teams but especially for the road team. They have to be in the town the game is played in I think 24 hours before kick-off which means the road team plays Sunday, has practice Monday and Tuesday, travels Wednesday and plays Thursday. All NFL teams are physical, some more than others. Playing a physical team on Sunday followed by a Thursday road game would be real tough on a body.
