Did anyone else see Luck talking to his center after the botched snap? He was telling him it's okay and patted his chest. He is a true leader out there; very impressive in the midst of chaos he keeps his head on straight and just moves to the next snap.I try to ignore the announcers but Simms has done this WAY too long, to too many good QB's. It's almost as if he wants them to fail. I really think there is some jealousy on his part along with bitterness about how his idiot, no-talent son was bounced out of the league. It's no wonder Denver started a petition to have him removed from their games! Edited by St. Vitus Dance, Oct 9 2014, 11:50 PM.

Well, we've got ten ten days to get healthy and we're leading the division; that should definitely help! |

Still undefeated on Thursday night. A lot closer than it should have been. We really need to take better care of the ball, turnovers have kept our last 2 opponents in the game. Regardless a win is a win and I will take it. Now 4:30 is just around the corner, time to try and sleep. |

After starting 0-2, we are in firm control of the division, have the highest scoring offense in the league, and have 10 days to rest and get healthy. We've even developed a pass rush. Life is good and this team is a contender. |

Did anyone else notice that after taking 2 uncalled horsecollar tackles, TY Hilton left the game and didn't return, and this was a big part of the reason why our offense struggled late in the game? it was hard to notice, because the announcers didn't bother to tell us, even though Hilton was having the game of his life and 1 yard from breaking a Colts record. Alas, his name wasn't JJ Watt so it wasn't worth mentioning. Edited by JediColt, Oct 10 2014, 12:06 AM.

Nantz and Simms were terrible calling that game. Missed so many things. |

I watched almost the entire first quarter while on my lunch break. Lunch break ended and i went back to work. Checked my phone and saw the score was 24-0. I felt good. Then it was followed by a few hours of looking at the play by play on my phone silently mouthing "wtf" to myself. Houston always gives us a game, man. |

Most announcers suck, especially nance and Simms. This isn't anything new. Instead of constantly harping on it, maybe we could talk about actual football. It was an awesome game last night yet half of the posts are about the most trivial part of the game -- the guys paid to spew BS to entertain casual fans. |

Awesome first 15 minutes, but offense has to stop being so careless with the football in order to take the next step. Should be 5-1, but I'll take it. |

I was proud of our Colts. They gave us the best first quarter of football I've seen this year. This followed a really tough game with the Ravens on Thursday night on the road! I thought exhaustion played a big part in our play the last three quarters. I'm not taking anything away from the Texans as they also had a tough game with the Cowboys. I expected us to lose last night. Why they did not collapse after that first quarter tells us something about them in the future. The shocking play was our kickoff recovery. I was proud of our Colts. He's been terrible every time I've heard him. Gets the names of teams and players backwards, offers confusing explanations (that sometimes sound intentionally confusing to mask that he doesn't know what he's talking about) and last night he was adamant he was right about the fumble being a dropped pass and was proven wrong. Guy is a mess on TV. |

Loved watching the game last night. What looked like a blowout turned into a close game. Texans got 14 points off Colts turnovers, which was disappointing. Colts need to stop these mistakes (similar things happened in Ravens game) Colts defense stepped at the critical time to seal the victory. I like the way the team is putting pressure on the QB. With a small lead in the division, I have to think about a potential division win and how the Colts need to find a way to get the bye in the playoffs (I know "Playoffs!!!????....Playoffs!!!???" But I do like to think about these things). For that to happen the Colts need big wins against Cincy and NE, who are the other two potential divisional winners. Cincy is up next. They have ten days to prepare. I hope they are ready. |
