Wait, where was the hand in the officials chest pushing him? I didn't see that, did anyone else see that?
I saw his hand stretched out, didn't look like it actually touched the ref, and if it did it certainly wasn't a push. Looked more incidental if anything.

It's a shame the Bengals are still in this game as well as the defense has totally dominated the first half.

Pags saying Walden was trying to get the Bengal player off and he accidently touched the ref. Pags not happy.

What would this "D" look like with Mathis?

Well if I'm Pagano I'm screaming at the refs going into the half. Yeah I didn't see it happen either despite there being video of the incident. That means it DIDNT happen!

Which is exactly what the review looks like also.

Lame ass call. Walden has been a force. Ive liked what ive seen from Newsome so far, lets see what he does.

Bengals Dline is beast. I figured the oline would struggle with them.

That's the best half I've seen our defense have in a long time. Maybe ever? They were dominating.

Hilton having another great game. Luck not having his best game though. Running game has looked great with both backs. Turnovers have killed us. We should be up by 20.

That Walden ejection was ridiculous. Looks like we'll get an extended look at Newsome.

That's what I thought when I saw the replay. He definitely looked like he was trying to get the Bengal player off of him, brushing his hand/arm away and he touched the official by accident.

I'm getting nervous on the O though. Definitely they need to wake up, especially with Pittsburgh next week. Not sure if the D can keep this up. They're going to get tired. They are playing lights out right now.

Also, with this ejection, he won't be benched by the league for the next game will he? I haven't seen an ejection from an NFL game (that I watched) for a long time, and definitely not against the Colts.

Seahags still losing 21 - 6. Go Rams!

Unbelievable how well the D played, one of the best 30 minutes of Colts D that I've ever seen - totally and wholeheartedly dominated them.

And Gresham is jumping up and down like an excited little girl after the ejection because that's all the Bungles offense can do - get penalties.

Meanwhile the offense better get their act together. What in the world is Nicks doing today?

Did you see the Rams punt return TD? Funny stuff.

Colts offense needs to just score and not turn the ball over. Right now, the defense is just dominating Cincy. However, if the Colts offense gives a gift to them that can change everything.

That is just a terrible call all the way around.

I rewound the Walden penalty 4 times and never see his hand or arm come even close to the ref. Looks like he pushes the Cincy player back and maybe, maybe Walden's elbow grazed the ref's arm as HE, the ref, was holding onto Walden's shoulder. If Pags says the ref told him Walden "accidently" contacted the ref, why the fuck eject him?? complete BS

I agree, but it looks like the D is still playing with ferocity. I think we'll be okay. We'll see.

Hopefully, the Bengals can't adjust to it and it's more of the same for them and the O wakes up for us.

That's Pags' interpretation of it. But still, it's BS. Looks like an official who felt his personal space got invaded and didn't like it. :chairshot:

Maybe hockey has it right? They just let them duke it out for a bit and not get in between them. Probably safer for the refs and players.

Next time a player accidentally runs into a ref during a play I expect them to be ejected now.

Bengals are lucky he didn't catch that as he was gonna get tackled for a 3 yard loss on the play anyway

Second time Gresham tried to get a first down by waving the ball out there. Colts need to be ready to smack the ball loose.

Just saw Griff put his knee out. That's what they teach soccer goalies to do when grabbing a shot out of the air. Teaches anyone who feels like running into the goalie a lesson. A knee to the stomach or groin doesn't feel good. :D
Need to grind out the clock and keep the chains moving AND get a TD. No score is not acceptable.
