This amuses me, if only because there are many Colts fans who think Pep kinda stinks (even if they don't come right out and say it). Of course he has coached arguably the best offense in the NFL this season, but you know, Luck hasn't been perfect, we don't get Allen the ball enough and we don't score on every drive, so ... there's that. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2258289-colts-oc-pep-hamilton-is-the-nfls-hottest-head-coaching-candidate |

Teams are always so desperately looking. Pep definitely has his flaws, but so does every coordinator. Its like teams just look at a stat page on NFL.com and go "who coaches this team? I want him as my head coach". |

We lead the league in points and TDs this season, despite having one of the worst offensive lines in all of football, but fans act like that's a fluke and bitch about Pep like he's mostly held us back rather than acknowledge that he's been a big contributor to that success. I guess if he'd just get Allen more involved (he has 7 freaking touchdown receptions) we'd be scoring even more (no other team is close in points other than the Patriots) and he'd finally get his due. |

Pep has definitely improved. I hardly expect a college coordinator to step directly into an NFL coordinator job and not have struggles here and there. Hes revolving the offense around Luck and thats how it should be. I just dont think hes ready for a HC job and its amusing to me how the hiring process goes for NFL teams. |

I don't know if he's ready to be a HC, but does he deserve interest and to be interviewed? Absolutely. |

Everyone here in AZ is expecting Todd Bowles to get a HC job after this year with the Cardinals. I'm a bit surprised Pep is getting that type of pub. How old is Pep? |

Sure, i can agree with that. If it makes you feel better about it at all, I also REALLY dont want him to go anywhere else. Continuity is important and im hopeful he continues to learn and grow with Luck. |

I have been impressed by Pep this season. He is doing a great job. I think he has a lot of upside and will only get better at time goes on. I did not care as much for him last year but I think he has improved. In my opinion he is not ready to be a head coach yet, but I think he is a good coordinator. |

I have no idea if Pep would be a solid H.C., I honestly know nothing about his personality or leadership skills. I think he has done an overall good job with the Colts offense, I do think we really looked ill prepared against Pittsburgh's blitzing scheme. I appreciate that he realized we weren't going to go anywhere trying to be a ground and pound offense and he trusted turning Andrew Luck loose and taking advantage of his skill set. I do still cringe because I think Luck is still taking way too many shots. Anyway, I would be really surprised if Pep got a head coaching job this soon, But you never know. |

Arians got a HC job largely based off one season. |

Well, theres a first for everything. Arians did a hell of a lot more in that one season than Pep has though. |

That is only because he was the head coach of the Colts for most of the season. |

Wait, people still complain about Pep Hamilton? I was first in line criticizing him last year, but he has completely changed. Luck is on pace to throw the ball 700 freaking times. Pep is awesome this year. |

I don't feel I'm being critical of Pep when I'm rooting for Allen. I'm biased because Allen was drafted after Fleener and you will almost always find me rooting for an Allen. This is why I'm also a Whalen fan. I would like to see Allen get the national recognition I think he deserves. I think he is one of the best TE's in the NFL. Pep has done a great job for the Colts. He is not perfect but no one is ever perfect. I didn't like the first half of the Giants game. I thought we let a very bad team make it a two quarter game. I have a feeling we will all be watching Sunday night and how we attack the Patriots. Pep's going against a great "D" coach. I'll say that even if I don't like him. |

Gotta start running the ball much more efficiently. I really like getting the RB's involved in the passing game too. Checkdowns, etc.

We need our Colts to be creative and get the ball out of Luck's hands quickly Sunday. three to four seconds in the pocket is way too long. |

Bradshaw has 30 some receptions, so I'd say that's a check on the check downs. |

Yep. The biggest adjustment from last year's offense. |
