Pagano is buttering them up. Hopefully it works and they're flat to start.

At least Jackson and Werner are still playing like it's a close game.

It's easy to vent during a game like this, I do have to wonder though if the Colts flame out quick in the playoffs just what the future holds, The team really hasn't seemed to get much if any better then during Luck's rookie year. While I don't think it's time to make changes in G.M.,H.C., I do think Irsay should let them know that he had better see REAL improvement next year.
Let's assume for a moment, we win another first round game at home. Does that really mean much? Everyone is talking one and done, but I don't care if we're one and done, or win one and lose to NE or Denver, we still have the same problems, it's still the same final result as last season. We haven't improved much.

The 2-14 season was awful. I remember the Saints game being disastrous.

I don't remember, did we have a game where we looked this bad the 2-14 season? I'm sure we did, but it's fuzzy.
Yeah, We had some real stinkers, Can't forget Painter missing swing passes to running backs by 5 yards. Overall though we were pretty competitive that year despite the completely inept play at Q.B.

62-7 vs the Saints
Right, thanks for the reminder, I think.
This might be as bad as our offense has looked since that season.
Now Allen has a knee issue. Ugh!!!!!!

Bent... you've already pointed this out, but it's the fact that we lose big to good teams (and a couple of mediocre teams) each season under this regime...we haven't even been competitive, which is troubling. We didn't just lose to the Steelers, Pats, and Cowboys... they kicked our ass.

Hmmm, I don't remember any joker graphics for Rivers after his interceptions last night.

If the Colts are interested in making this a game, they should treat every fourth down as possible if it is five yards or less. Punting is just giving up at this point.

Only difference between the beginning of the Luck era and the beginning of the Manning era is how bad the AFC south is now, so we're making the playoffs each year. It will buy Pagano more time than Mora received, but that might be unfortunate. I do still trust Grigson to keep working to make this defense better, where I felt like Polian just gave up and tried to make the offense as elite as possible.

I fully expect that Allen really has one of these obscure injuries like 2nd degree burns to his hands or something.

The problem is we will be addressing the exact same issue's again as far as the draft and free agency.

McAfee doesn't bother to go high this time, kicks more of a line drive to avoid the scoreboard. Quality announcers would catch that and comment on it.

Gee.......the refs have the penalty fever today EXCEPT when defenders hit Luck in the face mask.

So much for Murray having problems holding onto the ball.

Giving up nine yards on the ground every first down, it seems, makes life easier for the QB.

The Cowboys really are stupid by keeping Murray on the field.

Yep... these NFL officials are awful.
Yet, in comparison to the NBA, they look like the best refs ever.

I don't even watch the NBA consistently any longer and this is one of the major reasons why. I know it's not easy officiating these games, but they get paid good money and aren't even held accountable for their mistakes. You still see some of the worst officiating crews continually getting playoff assignments.

Yeah....just run the clock out. It is embarrassing to let this happen. At least they were competitive against Pittsburgh.

On defense can we distinguish who has earned starting positions?
