About an hour out from the game and keep asking myself, "why am I excited about the game? You know most of it's likely to just be frustrating." Still, I'm kind of excited for a game for the first time this season.

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. Still would have liked 7 there.
Defense needs to get the ball back. Eventually, the Houston defense is going to tire out and TDs should be easier.

Now is when it would be nice to have a solid pass rush. No better time though to get our guys going on that front seven.

There is where Geathers looks like a poor man's Bob Sanders. He's getting better and better.
McNary with solid coverage. I still think he's a better cover man than Freeman, if that's all you really ask him to do.

Think Anderson was just in on that last play.
Yeah, Anderson is in the game right now.
Anderson doesn't look 100 percent though, not seeing much burst. Still better to have him out there though, he's at least an anchor they have difficulty pushing backward. Our dline has looked pretty good today.
Good job, defense. Not many opportunities to say that, but a lot of them tonight.

I like the bubble cast on Butler, forces him to actually use his feet and brain to cover guys. Too often he's all about jamming guys at the line and then struggles in actual downfield coverage.

Let's close the half with a TD, we'd be looking pretty damn good then.
As good as Bray is, it sure would be nice to see him bust one all the way.

Bad decision, but there haven't been too many of those from Luck this year.

Why the fuck did they not review that? It obviously hit the ground on review.

I'm not going to complain about them not reviewing. I think the NFL has gotten too ridiculous when it comes to reviewing receptions. Of course they do tend to over do it, over analyze it, when it's the receiver, not a DB catching the ball.
That is the best half we've played all year. I'm pleased, but we need more points, even against a struggling Texans offense. Let's keep the pressure on and not let up just because we're up 10.

Bad decision by Luck
Thought ball hit the ground, and bounced slightly
But Luck saw TY flash open for a split second
Should not of thrown that pass
Luck has slowed down this year in those plays like that.
Texans are a much better team at home
So we are playing good tonight
This is a big game for us

Colts should be up by a lot more than 10 points. I have to go away from the computer for the second half. Hope the second is as good, if not better, for the Colts.
