Nice kick; would have like to see McAfee try it, however.
AV hit it, so what's the diff? It was nice to see how far AV can boot it. Especially after doing a 20 yard sprint.

I was happy that Luck didn't seem to be under pressure like last week. Toss out the one bad throw and Luck had another great day. Now, if we could just get the drops down...

O.K...another fine showing. This time against a quality opponent...I don't care who they were missing. The rookies all looked pretty good sans one tipped pass. Time for recorder to catch the rest of this game for me...4:30 comes pretty early.
I'm out too........early day tomorrow ! Night all !

Just wondering about McAfee as he had been kicking a few in camp; no big deal! :-P

His numbers won't look as impressive as last week, but he was every bit as impressive (minus the pick six). Not a bad thing though to have a little less attention on you.

Don't like seeing the blocked punt. Jeremy Ross, whoever that is, can be cut tomorrow.

Not going to worry too much about that blocked punt since the guy who gave it up isn't likely to last another week.

Jerry Hughes is looking like a beast. Just great field vision. Playing LB like he's done it all his life.
I like Hughes and Addison, rotate them in with Freeney and Mathis and we have solid outside threats up front.
Beautiful throw and what a catch. Can you believe how much better we are at QB this year?
Beautiful drive by Stanton and company.

Ross just caught a pass for good yardage and caught a long TD from Harnish last week. I think he has a spot on this team even if on practice squad.

Jets may have traded their best QB to us, LOL.

Our D is owning the Steelers backup offense and Collinsworth is raving about how Charlie Batch threw a ball away.

Hughes still looking good. Even my wife just asked, "Who is 92?"

Collinsworth has NEVER had good things to say about the Colts.

Colts rookies seem like players. feel good about grigson.
Alot of competion at WR.
Few mistakes but I have seen good defense, both on the run & on pass rush.
Some power running is nice as well

I was a little bothered when it took 3 plays to run it in from the 1. Not sure why we didn't use Carter there.

I think he will be the best #2 QB we have had for 15 years. I also think if we would have had Stanton or Harnish last year that they would have been the starter.

Deserves his own thread after tonight, midway through third quarter. Just looked awesome on that last sack. This guy is finally showing his potential!
Addison and Hughes. Wow, just incredible how good those two have looked tonight.

Charlie Batch is on his way to the HOF, if Collinsworth was voting and basing it on a mediocre pre-season performance.
This defense looks so much better than what we had in the Polian, Tampa two era. Even at this early point, you can see how much better we are against the run.

Carter is out with a rib injury tonight, so is Moore.

No kidding. Jets are a joke and I can only imagine how awful it would be to be a fan of that circus.

He looks okay as a receiver, but if he can't play special teams he has no chance of making the team.

Nice hit by the third/fourth string sub, Thomas, whoever he is.
I like 57, Brown, too. He's had some nice plays for a guy pretty deep on the depth chart.

How is it these refs are so much worse than everyone else? The damn rules are the same at every level, more or less.

Hurting my arm patting myself on the back. Stanton is who i told you guys he is. He sucks in practice but when the game is on he can play. Top 5 #2 qb in league and could start for the following teams

Vikings
Titans
Jets
Jags
Seahawks
49ers
Raiders

I am sure theres a few more

We might as well be watching Pittsburgh's local broadcast. The entire second half has been all Steelers from Collinshit and company.

Agreed, Bent! I'm loving Hughes right now. Could he crack the starting lineup?

He was every bit as impressive. He showed great poise coming back after the picks. Way ahead of the game when it comes to rookie QB's

Just turned the damn game on.

Something that was supposed to take 3 hours took damn near SEVEN.

I listened to the first half on thefan from my phone, but really couldnt tell anything from it. Though it seemed like Luck was still being the fucking MAN out there against pitt. Even with his 2 picks.

Can anyone tell me how Hughes has looked? The oline (sounded like they werent doing all that badly)?
