LOL at Kravitz:

Bob Kravitz ‏@bkravitz

Note to self: Get a flu shot. This sounds like a helluva strain.

I hope the Raven players are that over confident. We have to be strong against the run today and not turn the ball over. We do that and this will be a close game that can go either way.

I think the Ray Lewis factor is overrated. The guys hasn't played for a while and is not nearly as good as he used to be. I worry more about stopping Ray Rice.

I liked the Kravitz column earlier this week, Lewis won't be the best LB on the field this week.

You could be right on this. The adrenalin factor will be pretty high early on, but if the Colts can generate some offense and not have a bunch of 3 and outs, I think they'll be in it at the end.

I think they're pointing to Lewis more as a motivational factor. Don't know how much more motivated you can get when you're playing in a playoff game, but if it's possible, we're motivated by Pagano and now Arians' absence.

At least the Colts are prepared to handle adversity. They have always been next man up, but I never thought it would apply to coaches too.

Updating my story on Arians. Agent says docs think it's an inner ear infection or a virus.

Who gives a flying ratbird about Ray (I didn't see shit) Lewis. After 5 minutes, his big deal
intro won't mean crap.

If that's the case, he could miss more than one week, assuming we win today.

I'm curious to see what another coordinator will do with Luck though. Some of us haven't been thrilled with Arians' play calling and all the long routes he runs that leave Luck exposed.

I guess today is Clyde's audition for OC if Arians leaves after the season.

I was thinking the same thing. For those who are not thrilled with Arians play calling, here is the chance to see something different. There is a chance that Arians could be gone after this season anyway.

I'm pretty sure they've been preparing for Clyde to take the duties for a couple of days now - kind of a just in case maneuver...

Christensen had to be pretty involved when Arians was doubling as HC as well. Maybe not calling plays, but talking to Luck and working with him from one possession to the next. It's not like they're strangers.

I'm not sure Christensen was the problem last year though. The absence of any talent at the QB position was the bigger problem.
I hope we do win today, otherwise we're going to see these Ray Lewis ceremonies for the remainder of their time in the playoffs.

I loved the part where they placed a piece of sod on the field so he could grab a piece of it and rub it across his chest. That was so powerful man.

I was a little underwhelmed by that as well. I have heard ex players say that all that emotional stuff lasts about five minutes and then its all about just doing your job.

I would have loved to had the chance to place a little dog poo on that piece of turf before he did his King Kong schtick.

Maybe he's advertising for the new lawn care business he's going to start up this summer. He has to do something with his retirement.
Colts on offense first! Let's burst this bubble!

Let me (Ray Lewis) murder those weeds that are taking over that lawn of yours.
