Love seeing them beat the Heat again. Still not quite where they need to be, but getting there quickly.

One thing about player like LeBron and Wade, they don't have to go 100% all the time. A February road game in the NBA is about the worst indicator of future success as there is. In a 7 game playoff series, this team doesn't stand a chance against the Heat.

We gave them all they could handle for three games last season. I think maturity will help the Pacers. That and Hibbert playing better. We definitely have the advantage over them in the post. Bosh is incredibly overrated.

If this were 1995, you'd have a point, but today's NBA isn't played in the post; it's played on the wings, and the Heat have the best in the biz at those spots.

Paul George is maturing into something incredibly special. He's already a nightmare for opponents with his defense and his offense is catching up. He is a superstar in the making.

I agree. I just hope we didn't blow our load on Hibbert and Hill this past off season and have the money to keep him.

Pacers win three wins in three straight days. Have won five in a row. Pretty impressive.

Looking good. I'm kind of afraid what will happen when DG33 comes back.

Not a huge fan of Granger. Seems to take shots he shouldnt. Hes a good player but he shouldnt be taking as many shots as he does.

Yeah, which is why I'm worried about him coming back and stepping all over George's development.

Hope on this occasion that Whitlock is right. Funny how he admits to being a Pacers fan. I think him growing up with them and not the Colts, says a lot about why he doesn't care for the Colts as much. More than anything to do with Jeff George.

Nice win yesterday. Really hoping the Pacers make it a short series and can give Miami a true test.

A win today to go up 3-0 would be nice and at most, a 5 game series. A loss and who knows.

Bounced back last night, but need to put this thing away on the road. Take the next step forward toward contending, Pacers!

Nice to get a Game 1 win in New York. Flipped home court. Now we can play relaxed in Game 2.

Too relaxed maybe? Embarrassing scoring drought killed us tonight. David West might be the most underrated player in the NBA. Guy goes out with the game virtually tied and by the time he returns they're down like 16.

Also, not to blame officiating for the loss, but you can tell they swung things in the Knick's favor tonight.

That run after that time out was redonk. Oh well. A split out of these games would have made me happy if you would have told me that at the beginning of the series, and I'm happy with it now. Just gotta protect the house.

Getting a little purturbed with poor free throw shooting and Knicks lighting it up from 3 point land all of a sudden. We've lost momentum and why isn't Lance in the game? He's no savior but he's bringing the effort and attacking the rim tonight.
There. Now that's more like it. Good finish and finally hit free throws when they had to. Stephenson ends up being a factor raising the intensity and attacking the rim...just lay off the jump shots...I think he missed the rim on about everything he shot that wasn't a drive to the basket but he saved 'em down the stretch. And Hibberts block on the Anthony dunk attempt. That was a game changer too.

Don't know why, but I always get more emotional during big time basketball than big time football. I was on pins all night.

Wish I could, but sometimes (like in game 5) there comes a point where the team just seems to give up. The Knicks sure looked like they'd given up late in late in game six.

Pacers looking boneheaded and half interested so far. This is why I have such a hard time getting deeply invested in NBA games, that and the blatantly biased officiating.
Late in OT. Chris Bosh with an obvious push off and the foul goes against the Pacers. Love the Paul George big shot three, hate the obviously biased officiating.
Great play by James, just that much better than George on the final play. You watch this shit and you start to understand why some people think the NBA is rigged. It just looks so scripted at times. Not saying that I think that, just get why it can be so frustrating to watch.

It can be extremely frustrating to watch. Goerge Hill had his arm pulled away from the ball on a steal...no call, nut shots to both Hibbert and West, Hansbrough held by both Birdman and Battier trying to start some crap. That is a dirty team. I thought so last year and it was only reinforced last night. Miami...it's a dirty heat. It wasn't completely one sided officiating. Pacers got some calls but the inconsistencies are hard to deal with and Lance should not be allowed to take a jump shot.

If I was Sam Young on that last play, Lebron would have needed to take a bus back to the stadium to shoot two free throws.

Pretty good game just now. Dont understand all the technicals that go against Miami opponents, really. The technical before Shaw got his was total crap.

I do agree with Bent, it sometimes does look very scripted. Bonehead plays and the officiating is not very good.

So much for gaining Home Court Advantage but when a team is hitting everything they throw at the basket, it's going to be tough to beat them whether it's the Miami Heat or the Charlotte Bobcats. Even though the Pacers kept up for a while, you knew they couldn't keep it up for an entire game. Pacer offense just isn't that good at times. What's surprising though and maybe it shouldn't be is how many people that before the game were convinced the Pacers were going to win the series now have given up all hope after one great game for Miami. If they play another couple of games like the one last night, then yes, the odds of the Pacers winning the series is slim, but they have to produce those games first. Definitely need to win Tuesday night. The more I see Dwayne Wade play, the more I realize what a punk he is.
