Just getting it started for those who want to discuss. Might be a little busy following college football tonight though. Just hoping the starters are out early in this one and we don't lose anyone to injuries.

Wow, hardly any starters in the first series. Smart coaching!
...and a special teams breakdown. Sigh...

Notlikely to lose any starters tonight unless they fall off the bench.

Ahh...hope the kick-off coverage is a result of coverage guys being made up of people who won't be around after the final cut...except of course our leading tackler, Pat Macafee

Very true, Gary!
The Bengals starters are lighting up the Colts scrubs. I wonder how many of these guys will still be on the team after tomorrow.

On defense any regulars playing? I know Werners is. Chapman? I would think Nevis. It sounded bad on radio, the run defense.
On offense last 2 serias 1 yard and next drive -3
I hope none of 1st stringers on offense line playing

Indeed. Not a lot of protection. I don't think there will be a problem getting him to the Practice Squad.

Linkenbach gotta go.
He'll stick for the same reason he always does. He's a backup who can fill in at both tackle and guard.
This article amuses me. Dalton completed one pass, but it's all about how he led the drive. No wonder the guy is a little overhyped.

They continue to keep Linkenbach around because he's versatile, but the reality is that just means he gets abused at lots of different places on the line. He's just not good.

lol ya, i clicked on the NFL gamecenter to check on the stats of the game and the article before you can click for stats headlines as "Dalton Sharp"

So my first thought was, ok it was preseason game 4, maybe he played a lot? So i click stats and see he completed one pass for 18 yards...

The article did mention how Dalton only hit one pass, against our seconds, but the beginning was pretty silly. 'One series was all he needed', as if he accomplished every goal he set out for in just one series. If PI penalties are your game plan, the Cincy accomplished that pretty well.

I wasn't overly impressed with Khaled Holmes, but it was his first game so it would be silly to base any real assessments on one preseason game.
Doubt that McGlynn and Link are going anywhere.

Harnish wasn't very good, unfortunately. And it wasn't because of the o-line for the most part. He had several opportunities, but was slow to make a decision and inaccurate when he did. He had a few nice throws, but overall he just didn't look good, sad to say.
