They're off to a 5-0 start with a home win over the Bulls tonight.

That's usually how I am, too, with the NBA, but I like seeing them off to an aggressive start and taking this season a little more seriously. Not because they didn't try before, but because they seem to have the confidence and expectation that they will when the East and compete for a championship.

7-0 with 4 games in 5 nights and winning them all is pretty impressive...and Celtics shock the Heat in Miami. Looks like Stevens has them headed in the right direction.

Hard fought win over a desperate NY team last night. Hope George is OK. He went down late with a blow to the leg but finished the game. Now 9-1. I actually heard some guys talking about them and how they like them on the way into the office this morning and mind you that I live in Iowa, not Indy. They're starting to catch some attention outside of the media world and Indy.

Yeah, winning will do that for you. And they're 10-1 now. :)

15-1 and some real toughies on deck. 3-3 over the next 6 games wouldn't be bad. 4-2 would be excellent. I think they have Miami's attention now.

Yes, very tough road trip, starting today with the Clippers. And then we play Miami twice within eight days before Christmas.
Pacers hold on to beat the Clippers. 105-100.

Pacers blew out the Spurs tonight, 111-100. They were actually up big and Spurs made it closer late. Now 3-1 on the road trip.
