An article looking at Andrew Luck and Sam Bradford.

It's bad enough to lose at home to the Rams, but to not even be competitive is a bad omen for the remainder of the season. Of course, I'll probably be ready to anoint them as Super Bowl champs when they beat the Titans on Thursday night!

Four down territory now. The game is essentially over but they need to put points on the board.

That assumes they don't spot the Titans a 21-0 lead.

At this point, 21 points isn't looking that bad.

Least amount of turnovers and least amount of penalties. I know everyone is on the coaches, but those two stats right there are a result of good coaching.

We have got to up grade these players
Hayward Bey, McGlynn, Satele , Thornton, Whalen, Kick returner, CB depth
Now we might have some of those area on roster but we have cap room in off season
Either they protect Luck better or we are just gambling with his health
Thornton is a rook so I give him somewhat of a break.

I agree the Colts HAVE TO upgrade the O-line considerably on the interior in the offseason. Satele and McGlynn need to be made expendable if at all possible.

Cut bait with DHB. He doesn't have the body control or hands to be a complete WR. Try something else. Get rid of Reed and try Rogers off the practice squad or something. You're not losing anything on KR and might be gaining at WR.

It's easy to blame the coaches when you lose this badly, but it's definitely more of a personnel problem right now. I really want Pagano to succeed and I think he eventually will in the long run.

I was watching AFC Playbook last night on NFL network and they were discussing how the Rams play way too conservatively and never go deep or get big plays because they want to play it safe. They, then, went on to say they have nothing to lose and should try it. Well, they have definitely tried it.

Perfectly understandable.

I did hear Dwayne Allen on the radio last week say they are only able to use about half the offensive playbook due to injuries though.

However, I do think there's room for improvement. Although it won't matter what they call if nobody blocks it up.

The injuries do hurt a lot, which is why im not condemning Pep. Losing the best TE and best WR on your team in the same season will hurt you. Especially when hes a Hall of Fame WR.

The NFL really needs to think about penalizing a player who grabs any part of the helmet, not just the facemask...it penalizes the offensive team if the play is blown dead if the helmet doesn't stay intact.

That is so typical of today. Why didn't they run on that play?
That looked like a TD

Ya that should have been a Trich run.

And good lord Linkenbach and Satele on that series of downs, so freaking slow. Easy 1 on 1 blocks to help Luck and they both failed miserably.

That's a TD...also, shouldn't any potential scoring play be reviewed...not just one which happens to be ruled as a TD...this needs to be changed as well.
Guess it was a good call, but should automatically be reviewed nonetheless.

Since their DBs are playing off so far, offense needs to screen and RB dump off more. Trich or Brown running full speed into a field of DBs would be nice.
Also, TY is a monster and is going to be a very special player for the Colts. A beat down like this will hide him, but hes had a huge game. It just hasnt translated to TDs.
Damn #17 down after a deep pass. Seen this before

Whalen has looked pretty good today. I guess it was expected that he would get hurt. Why couldn't that have been somebody else not named Hilton or Fleener?

If the Titans lose were still in the same shape we were coming in.
Good lord could it get any worse. This is horrible lol

I think it is time to consider the implications here. The loss, fortunately, is a non-conference game. I hope that the coaching staff learned something from this game. If they lay an egg on Thursday, I will think that somebody needs to be fired.

Yes, a loss hurts, but at the end of the day were still in great shape. Titans are down to the Jags (LOL) and it would be huge if they end up losing.

Glad to see Hasselbeck out there. Luck was taking too much of a licking.
Tenn now scored a TD. Jax is finding a way to lose.

If we win on Thursday night, then we'll essentially wrap up the division. I'm just not very confident with what I've seen the past couple of games, but we still appear to be the best team in the AFC South (not saying much) and beat the scariest team in the AFC. Not expecting a deep playoff run though, because there is too much inconsistency.
