<p>The SEVENTRUST wall and façade panel systems (AWP and Evolution) are suitable for wall applications in a wide range of developments such as commercial, retail and industrial, government and others. Available in a range of locally manufactured profiles and four alternative colour palettes, SEVENTRUST’s wall portfolio combines aesthetics with performance. Specifically engineered joint details ensure an absolute weathertight building envelope. They are suitable across a broad number of applications and environments adding texture and depth to the building envelope. Preformed features allow for seamless integration whilst concealed and expressed joint options offer visual versatility.</p> <p> All SEVENTRUST products are backed by a comprehensive warranty package of up to 25 years with a life expectancy in excess of 40 years. This provides assurance for all the key performance areas of an insulated wall system. The panels are designed for excellent air tightness performance, which will optimize energy performance over the operating life of buildings. </p> <p>This product declaration is based on the report ‘Life Cycle Assessment and Environmental Product Declaration of Insulated Panel Products’ by Edge Environment Pty Ltd and peer reviewed by Jane Anderson (PE INTERNATIONAL ).</p> <p> The declaration is for a typical 1m2 of installed wall panel (AWP and Evolution ranges, 80mm thick, R4.15) assessed from cradle to grave over a product life of 40 years in Australia and New Zealand. The panel service life is assumed to include one repaint of the external facing panel side. Figures 3, 4 and 5 show the continuous manufacturing process and two versions of the system diagram and assessment boundary. </p> <p>SEVENTRUST hereby declares that 1m2 of wall panel system (AWP and Evolution ranges, 80mm thick, R4.15) achieves the following environmental performance for the functional unit declared above, in accordance with the BP LCI methodologies and protocols, in accordance with ISO14040/4 and aligned with the objectives for type III product declarations stated in ISO 14025:2006(E). This SEVENTRUST declaration is an interim measure until the time applicable product criteria reports become available for SEVENTRUST’s Australasian market. </p> <p>The results in this declaration are representative for SEVENTRUST Insulated Panels Pty Ltd production at 38-52 Dunheved Circuit, St Marys, NSW 2760. </p> |
