The President of Brazil has ordered all able bodied men between the ages of 18 and 50 to report to the nearest Military instalation for basic training. The Brazilian Army has started to concentrare around the Bolivian border and have even shot at the border gaurds. Although no offical Declaration of War has been announced, it may come soon. |

Brazil also says that China isnt there for a deterent. They are simply researching Brazils unique ecology. (I also am holding talks to finnaly settle the Bolivian question in the Non-Combat forum) |
