Deleted User	President Ikari announced today that with the expanding military, Japan would also begin a nuclear weapons program. It will make announcements on it's progress and allow some nations to look into the program. The program comes a week after the People's Republic of Japan was established. And at the same time that the military is increasing in size from the first Japanese Defense Force. President Ikari had this to say. "For those nations that believe we will do wrong with these weapons, this is our right as a nation to make sure our defenses are up to date. And it works as a deterrent for possible enemy nations. We will make sure the program is done correctly. And that it will never be used as weapons in war. "
