Number of Members: 7 Number of Posts: 8 Organization: 8 Skin & Graphics: 6 Originality: 6 Quality of Staff: 8 Overall: 7 Notes: Activity within NewAgeAds is impressive. With an average of 71.3 posts per member, & 822 posts per staff member, it seems you've done a good job of advertising yourselves and keeping a good member flow. So far, you've racked up a total of appx. 68 members per week which is very good in my opinion. At times it seems that your members wish to indulge in discussions and can't because of a lack of suitable topics, or some other reason. I'd encourage your staff to make good, discussable topics. In the staff department, 22 members per staff member isn't a bad statistic. The next change in the staff department would be to combine the "moderator" and "community staff" usergroups. They have exactly the same purpose and job. Also, if your going to have Managers, I advise that you make sure you have a Manager for every staff position at all times. The Organization of NewAgeAds seems to be a weak point. One thing I strongly encourage is making sure you have links to all your sub-forums embedded in the forum descriptions. It not only lets new members know that those forums exist, it might catch someone's attention and draw them to post. I would generally recommend reducing the number of forums but each forum seems to offer a different and unique service. I do however recommend re-naming the general chat area's category. Your official/informative topics are poorly organized and could use some structure such as bolding important list items, section titles, etc.. A user legend could also be of use with the high number of staff departments you have. Your "Appearance" department could use some major work as well. The fact that your using a pre-made skin saves you a little, but since you have skin and graphic teams, I'd highly suggest getting your own custom skin. Your team icons and battle of the boards banner all look like they were made with MS Paint. They're extremely choppy, and they do not fit the general color scheme of the skin. The triangular bullet in the .maintitle should go be removed, or another/better one could be put in in it's place. I also suggest running each of your forum descriptions through a spell & grammar checker. Originality isn't evident within the appearance, or ideals of the board yet the services you offer and the community proves that you've established your selves and know what your doing. This is another reason why I'd suggest getting a custom skin. Your "Q" tip service among others seems well-thought and developed. The number of services offered is truly impressive, and in the future, I'd recommend trying to combine some of those forums into one central "station". I believe NewAgeAds has the potential and foundation to grow even more. I highly suggest getting as many reviews as possible to further help your growth and structure. With time, I believe NewAgeAds will be a force to be reckoned with. Corndog328 | Überads Assessment Panel |
