Number of Members: 4 Number of Posts: 5 Organization: 6 Skin & Graphics: 6 Originality: 5 Quality of Staff: 6 Overall: 5.3 Notes: Activity within Creative Concepts is a very evident weak point. It seems as though members don't want to post much, and the posts they do make a simple 1-5 word posts. Staff member's average post consists of around 3-7 words which is a very bad problem in your current stage. Now, Staff need to be the most active people on the forums, and anyone who isn't showing the dedication it takes to help Creative Concepts grow should be immediately dealt with, whether it be firing, or simply encouraging the Staff to maintain a strong presence throughout the board. My recommendation is to set a daily goal for each staff member to make at least 20-25 posts a week. Advertising at other forums seems to be somewhat of a priority, but I believe it could be done alot more & better. Take advantage of the current stock of advertising forums and make total use of your potential. Creative Concepts' layout & organization are very basic and un-professional. Professionality shouldn't be a goal at your current stage of growth but your layout should definitely be ready for growth. It seems the layout and the "feel" of the board hasn't been changed since it opened thus giving it a very basic impression. I highly suggest getting some personal/outside help with your layout and basic organization. Once the forum has a good foothold with it's layout, the potential for growth increases drastically. As a small note, take a look at other resource forums to get a general idea of how to set up your board. Look at successful boards in particular and use them to get your own ideas of how to set up your board. Originality is currently a very weak point. As I always tell other boards, make your own ideas and improvise from other board's ideas. Once you feel you have a strong, original service or resource, advertise it as much as possible. People can't enjoy a service they don't know about. The current skin in use sets a beautiful standard for the board's appearance. I was deeply concerned when I saw that most of the images in use don't match the board what-so-ever. Your team icons are evidently ripped and I higly suggest getting your own custom graphics made to match the skin. Again, make use of other board's services to help your own board. Services and resources such as Graphic Requests, Skin Tickets, & General Pre-Made Graphics are in abundance and I suggest you tap into those particular fields of interest. The usergroups are generally the same which could possible create confusion in the future when the amount of Staff members increases. Each usergroup should have it's own particular color in order to tell them apart for identification purposes. In essence, Creative Concepts is a new board which in my opinion is struggling to get it's foothold into the InvisionFree resource world. The potential is abundant, and I highly recommend living up to your name to set up and maintain the creativity within the board. I wish you all the best of luck in the future. Thanks for using Überads forum anylisis service and we hope you'll come back in the future for your board's development and advertising needs! Corndog328 | Überads Assessment Panel |
