1. First Impression [7/10] - My first impression upon viewing Public Promotions was impressing. I like the range of colors used within the skin and graphics. The Banner/Submenu area has been very well designed and developed. The guest welcome image is very well put together but seems like it doesn't properly match the images used within the skin.
2. Skin/Theme [7/10] - The skin is very well developed. The range of colors used is impressive, and is generally unique to your board. I see no apparent errors within the skin and surprisingly it works very well within IE7. The submenu area is also well developed but I recommend either adding an hover image, or converting the whole area to HTML/CSS so as to reduce the heavy amount of images having to load within the skin.
3. Graphics [8/10] - Each individual graphic matches the skin amazingly. I can't see any default images which is a big plus. Nothing much more to say other than the graphic area of Public Promotions is an apparent strong-point.
4. Organization/Layout [8/10] - Public Promotions' layout is for the most part, correctly placed and defined. One problem I see is the naming of each forum. I reccomend finding a professional replacement for your forum names. As a side note with that recommendation, please don't use the thesaurus method to find a "unique" name for each forum. Aside from forum names, the descriptions explain each forum nicely and list the subforums nicely. My recommendation is to change "Sub Board" to "Subforum" and bold it.
5. Statistics [7.5/10] - The Statistics area of Public Promotions is impressive but isn't amazing. With an average of 33 posts per member, activity is at a relatively high standard. I admire the topics and activity within each individual forum. It seems your members make adequate us of all forums which is rare to see in some boards. The fact that you have 14 affiliates is impressive in it's own respect, and means that you are in fact, doing a good job in your advertising services, and are in turn advertising Public Promotions. Kudos.
6. Activity [6/10] - As stated above, activity seems a little above average for a board of your size and age. Each topic in the Chat areas seems to be viewed and/or replied to thus keeping activity and your general impression at a high. I encourage you to continue your activity efforts.
7. Uniqueness [7/10] - The majority of Public Promotions' services are found on almost every advertising board of InvisionFree. I admire the Target Practice service and it shows that you have the ability to create new and original services. I strongly encourage you to create original services and advertise your existing services to the highest amount possible.
8. Staff Etiquette [7/10] - Your Staff are all active and seem to do their jobs very well. Since etiquette is the subject, I decided to try to find a topic that would be controversial and my findings were mostly bleak but I admire the respect for members, and generally the way the Staff's composure.
Final Score/Comments: My final score to award Public Promotions is a 7/10. I enjoyed this review tremendously and I hope you'll continue to make us of Sleekly Put Styles board reviewing services.
