What would be a satisfying conclusion for you?

For me happiest ending should be that everyone gets out alive, Book of Shadows is destroyed, Nirvana and HH are gone, and all of the suffering spirits in Nirvana or HH are released and allowed to live in peace; and Ayumi and everyone else just move ahead with life. Nobody gets brought back to life, but I had in mind that people would remember Seiko and the others, but somehow they have memories altered to remembering them dying but nothing to do with HH. Like they had a car crash, or drowned or some other natural or premature death.

I'd like a conclusion that will set itself up to Corpse Party 2: Dead Patient. Reveal enough details to give a plausible explanations to the mysteries that are about Heavenly Host and leave old and possibly new mysteries that can be tackled on CP2.

Additionally, I want Heavenly Host Elementary to be gone by the conclusion of the game. This doesn't necessarily have to be a victory for the Kisaragis. They could have lose more than what they gain from it. I just don't want to have a conclusion where the major source of their torment is still there and they just bear with it. There should be consequences, and possibly huge ones, to accomplish that.

A shallow victory, in simple terms.
Ah... Something like this :D

Yeah, I want a good amount of questions answered.. Bring a conclusion to heavenly host elementary school and a good end.. Like skybird said, not necessarily a happy one
I agree that questions should be answered.

Now that you mentioned(I'm very late)
When I first seen the opening, I expected to have 2 endings. Like the one we do know, and other where only the bearer from Book of Shadows (Ayumi) survives but fail in managing save everyone.
Would have been interesting yet damn sad.

"Shinozaki...heheh...glad to see you're still in one piece."
"You...stupid...ugh! I hate you so much!"
"Ha...hahahahaha...sounds like a happy cry to me. Guess that means you're okay."
"Don't die! Don't die, dammit!"
"All right, all right already! Just stop crying, Shinozaki. I want to see you smile. I love your smiling face most of all."

I would rather have that as a bad end cause not only that it would warp Ayumi's personality more than it is... having her fail just means that she reverts back to the whiny wallowing in her self pity self. Which 75% of the story is made off (yes, her meddling made more mess than the others). She would have been more unstable. And you dont want someone who is unstable as f- to have the power to destroy the world. There wouldnt be dead patient if that happened.

Im satisfied with the ending now as while Ayumi is reduced to a vegetable. Yet she is happy saving everyone. Yoshiki is just an added spice... i would still be satisfied even if yoshiki dont remember her. It gives more space for a story to comtinue in the same verse.

She'd always be "wallowing in her self pity." So will Yoshiki, since they've both gone through one of the most traumatic events possible and likely have survivors guilt. Not to mention, no one remembers either of them. If Ayumi wasn't comatose, she'd be depressed 90% of the time because that's realistic for someone with PTSD who still hasn't gotten therapy for it, and has no one to talk to about what happened. I mean, she and Yoshiki are the only ones who remember, so her misery doesn't even have any company so to speak.
