Posts: 840 Group: Members Member #983 Joined: 06/08/14 Gender Male Country Egypt Location: PHANTASMA ZXT<=>RWT CPU SERVER:7TH13 K.U.Y.U.I -X.E.S-	okay then. after few weeks. now this week...the beggining of november wasn't pleasant. yesterday i had a mental breakdown in the first class for a no apparent reason i spent 40 minutes crying and shaking for a no reason. well come to think of it. yesterday i wasn't prepared for the week and all and the thing that triggered the breakdown that my math teacher just gently hit my shoulder because a silly mistake and when my friend noticed i was on verge of crying i cried. and then 40 mins wasted in crying(luckily i didn't cry in my classrom. instead i cried in a empty classroom). i can't honestly blame them at all. i just had a bad mood yesterday. And aside of the mental breakdown. when i was going home i asked one of the girls behind me where can i find the music room because i wanted to join the piano team bt instead. my friend and the girl kept mocking me about this and i end up crying which ended up with the girl be blamed...and the girl leashed on the bus teacher and on me and on my friend in the end an accused me for "Acting with crying" which made me cry more about this. man am i that pathetic!? I've had two mental breakdowns, admittedly.(Both times were at my first job) I was running the crane for three months at the time,(I was severely underpaid during the time period) when my boss hired on a new crane operator, for whom was just as young as I am, and paying him twice as much money for doing less than what I can do. Needless to say I became an emotional wreck.(I broke down and cried for five hours straight because I felt so worthless in everyone's eyes) All in all, there's no shame in having a breakdown, I'm certain it was just a bad day.
