Hey...Can I download the other Corpse Party games onto it? I have an external memory device that's compatible, so is it possible? |

I just want to say that I'm your friend, Yoshiki. I have been since we had some fun RPing together, and I've never stopped liking you. I went ahead and sent you a PM, but I just wanted to add in here that if you ever need a shoulder to lean on, don't hesitate to contact me, 'kay? I'm so, so sorry things are so rough for you, but I'm always here -- if you want me to be. In the meantime, please take care. ♥ (Well, since I'm here. I suppose I could mention something of my own. Given the private subject matter, I'd feel better putting it under a spoiler tag. I realize all you have to do is click to read, but...I just feel a bit better doing a tag, like Yoshiki.) Aww, bummer--but what can you do?

I've been trying to sleep for the past 4 hours. My next door neighbors have been setting of the loudest fire works I have EVER heard this whole time. My bed is just a pool of sweat right now. I'm so groggy and angry at them right now... For me, July 4th just means no sleep. >.> Edited by spookyfan2, July 4, 2015, 9:55 pm.

Ever wake up and then at like the end of the day feel like you wished you never even woken up in the first place, because now you want to harm so many people due to exhaustion? Yeah that is me right now. |

Sorry, didn't see this post way back when. Yes, you CAN download the other Corpse Party games onto the Vita TV, however you'll need a Vita memory card plugged into the Vita for Book of Shadows. Plus, Corpse Party Blood Covered alone will fill up the entire Vita TV's internal memory. And sadly, there's no such thing as an 'external memory' that's compatible with the Vita TV. They're only compatible with the proprietary Vita memory cards. So if you really want to throw your PSP library onto the Vita, you'll have to get a memory card size that's good for your library, whether that be 4GB, 8GB, 16GB, 32GB or a whopping 64GB. |

Alright, thanks for the help again. Seriously, I think one of my friends is lying to me. First he said the PS TV doesn't play physical games, and now he says the Memory device would work. I think I'm going to ignore him for the time being. >.> |

Yep. That's actually one of the main complaints people have against the Vita in general is its reliance on fairly pricey Vita memory cards. You can live without them if you plan on only buying Vita physical games, but once you go into the digital realm, you'll need a decent sized one. If you plan on going more on the digital side, I actually would just recommend going all-in and grabbing a 64GB Vita Memory Card and forgetting about it. It's pretty hefty on the price tag, and I know the only reason you were able to get a Vita TV to begin with was due to the cheapness, but it's just one of those things that if you plan to use the Vita TV as a PSP replacement device, it's worth it. Especially since it's priced very competitively with the half-sized 32GB card. However, if you plan to only put a couple of PSP or Vita-digital only games on there, you may be able to get away with an 16GB Card. Main reason I don't mention 8 is because 8 is half the size of 16 yet only around $10 cheaper. Not a good price versus reward payoff. There you have it. Like I said, the memory cards are fairly pricey and you can get away with not owning one if you plan to use it only for a few Vita games and not touching anything digital. My personal recommendation if you're on a budget is the 16GB memory card if you really want to play some full-screen PSP games on the Vita TV or get a digital only Vita game like Deception IV: Nightmare Princess. 16GB has the best price versus space ratio for anyone that cannot reasonably afford the 64GB card; or just wouldn't get the full benefit of that much space. Hope this information is helpful! |

well it is a good suffering because memory card at ps vita. well i got 8 GB card because in egypt 1 dollar=7.5 egyptian pounds so it was a suffering to me. however as far as it seems i can download some of demos(planning to buy some real games from the store) but also i am quite afraid of the number of games it can handle. another problem that Sony doesn't care THAT much for PS VITA. hell i bet that if one buy a ps vita. he/she would buy it for their ps4 cross-play or remote play. sure the games are all being published and creates for PS VITA but when they drop the game in the store it is for 40$ (and i am talking about games by known company. i honestly didn't like buying indie games.) but look at the bright side here....after a year or a year and half passes by the games price drops. and is it me or sony has been too kind to give too much sales to PS VITA lately? (god i just missed the sale where BB:Chronophantasma was for 15$ only!!! ah curse of the fate!!!) |

Very true. Sony cares very little for the PS Vita and even less so for the Playstation TV. The dreaded whitelist on the dang thing is a huge hindrance and I'm always on the look out for a way to get around it. I even heard that the Whitelist wasn't even a thing until the 3.0+ firmware, so if there's ever a way to downgrade the Playstation TV, I may very well do that. I think the touch controls would be borked on the controller, since I think that was a feature that was only added later, but not many games have mandatory touch controls to begin with. EDIT: Though some companies are doing the right thing. Like NISA finally whitelisted Disgaea 3 on the Playstation TV... and if XSEED / Falcom ever get around to whitelisting Ys: Memories of Celceta, there'd only be one game left that I care about that doesn't have Playstation TV support, and that'd be WipeOut 2048. another thing i'd care about mentioning is the system updates. i mean...sony releases the update for PS VITA in one year or a long time. and even when SONY do that they just release a completely useless but a patch that checks for any custom firmware. and also. what's the deal with stick to one account or get the hell out policy in PS VITA system? why one account only? |
