My Experience With Blood Drive So Far

  • Pre-order the Everafter Edition as soon as it's announced
  • Play as soon as it comes in
  • Keep flashlight off because it kills FPS
  • Dear god these loading times
  • Enjoy playing the game until
  • Get stuck because the right joystick is broken, making it impossible to navigate the inventory

And... that's my experience so far. I'm stuck early on in the game, and have been for months since I haven't fixed my joystick yet. Other than that, I'm loving it- it's genuinely scary (NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!), but it's frustrating because I can't play anymore.

That's disgusting. I LOVE IT!

That sucks, man :-/. Are you playing it on Vita or Vita TV? Sucks that your right stick broke. Are you going to get your Vita fixed or replaced? Vita TVs are generally cheap and always on sale somewhere for around $40-50, if playing on a TV is an option for you. Otherwise, I hope you can get your Vita repaired for cheap :-/.

Vita. I'm planning on doing a DIY repair with a broken vita I have.

That's pretty rough. I'm sure you'll be able to fix it! :)

I haven't really had any issues with frame rate (when not getting near a trap. totally has a micro freeze freakout when I get near a trap), It's only ever crashed once in nine hours, and I don't know if I'm just more patient but other than the initial "setting up trophies" launch the load times don't seem bad... This confuses me when I hear about these issues 「(°ヘ°)

I also haven't beaten it either, but not for a reason like that. (・д・)

To be honest, I played the game with infinity flashlight on all the time (cause ive already seen the game waybak before), I never seen any frame drops at all...

Maybe its just me not really being technical with any kind of games...

I'm glad you're not having the same problems. When I say frame rate drop, I don't mean it becomes a slideshow where you can see each frame- it's just a noticeable drop from 60 (I'm assuming, since it seems pretty smooth to me, plus the vita's next gen and all) to 20 or so. Enough to get annoying.

I can't help but wonder if maybe each region has slight hardware or software differences that could somehow make a difference in game performance on different region's systems... Or if the 1000 or 2000 has stronger or weaker hardware (other than the screen and battery)..

Someone should do science! o(≧∇≦o)

Finally did some DIY repairs to my Vita so I can play again. I highly doubt that there are any hardware differences between region. The only real difference between the 1000 and the 2000 is the screen type (OLED vs LCD). The 2000 has extra ram which can't be used by games, so it's pretty pointless.
