Nexios Leader Posts: 382 Group: Members Member #744 Joined: 08/15/13 Gender Female Country United States Location: locked within my own soul	So I picked up a 20 dollar pc on eBay in a bid I got it just cause its 64 bits not 32 and has 4gigs of ram and a dual core I know isnt great but I'm wanna try moding it into a budget gaming pc here's what I got HP Compaq Elite 8000 Core 2 Duo E8400 (3.00 GHz) 4 GB 250 GB HDD Windows 7 Professional 64-Bit It's a pc I won for 27 with shipping so if it sucks it doesn't matter I'll let my nephew have it but if it has promise maybe someone can guide me on making a budget gaming machine I've seen a vid of someone playing crisis 3 on it soo it should work out Edited by Rebecca Ashford, February 11, 2016, 1:42 pm.

FanFiction writer/Translator/Character Bio writer Posts: 680 Group: Members Member #1,413 Joined: 01/03/15 Gender Male Country Japan Location: Essex	I've heard NVIDIA is pretty good in general, although I think it's on the more expensive side of things. You might want to consider cooling options as well, since my last computer broke down because the fan and heat sink couldn't keep up with the heat generated by the graphics card and processor.
