Now I'm wondering if that's an idea for a fangame... "For over 70 years, a curse has plagued a franchise... ...70 years of losses, 70 years of torment... ...then a group of young stars find themselves in the World Series, poised to break the seemingly endless string of winless seasons and destroy the Curse of the Billy Goat once and for all. CUBS PARTY: DEAD PENNANT" Each chapter could cover a significant event like the 1908 World Series win, the beginning of the curse, the Steve Bartman incident, the eventual 2016 victory...who knows? |
