Here's an old joke I just remembered while wandering around aimlessly in a parking lot. A Trip To The Sanitarium A journalist walks into a mental hospital to interview some patients. The nurse walks with the journalist to each room, opening the first door to see one patient swinging his arms towards the ground and then towards the sky, putting one hand over his forehead as if he were looking out into the distance. "Oh, so what are you doing?" Asks the Journalist. "Well I'm practicing my swings, so when I get out of here, I can play Golf" The patient replies joyfully. The journalist and nurse walk to the next room to see a patient jumping from the ground, stretching out his arms and flicking his wrist. "So what are you practicing?" Asked the journalist. "I'm practicing so I can play Basketball" Replies confidently. The journalist and nurse walk to the last room to see a patient hovering over a bucket of walnuts with his pants around his ankles. "So what are you doing?" The journalist asks confused. "Well I'm fuckin nuts, and I ain't never getting out!" The patient shouted happily.

Josie's style is combination of Escrima and Kickboxing...actually i just learned that escrima can be unarmed as well... Never knew that the Halo Spartan character in Dead or Alive was not master chief but a filipino woman as well...xD
