Is it possible to have an uncle that has the same age as yours?

It's unusual, but possible. An uncle would be your parent's brother, so your grandmother just would have needed to birth a baby within the same year you were born.

Another possibility would be for one of your grandparents to become the parent of a boy who was born in the same year you were, either through adoption or remarriage, then that kid would become your parent's half-brother, and therefore your half-uncle as well.

That chart's kinda confusing me for another reason though; mainly with Tomaru Sawagoe's placement all over the chart; looks like he's not only fathered the majority of the girls there, but had sex with half of them as well.

After a quick google search on his name though, it makes a bit more sense. Here's the info, in case anyone else is wondering:

So to sum it up, he's a sexually active guy with VERY poor self control, who doesn't age and has access to some sort of drug that allows girls to impregnate before going through puberty.

...Makes sense, I guess.
