Eh, new Higurashi season? As a VERY big fan of the Higurashi series, I'm quite happy to see hear they're planning to animate more of the Higurashi-related stories; the art and animation in that trailer looks pretty nice as well, I'd say. |

same here  it will be produced by Studio DEEN (who did practically every Higurashi season so far) so itll most likely have the same animation quality as Kira. Supposed to be released in the spring of 2013. Its based on the spin-off novel "Higurashi Outbreak". Also no fuuucking fanservice anymore! "The story is set in the same Hinamizawa village of the previous stories. The village has been completely sealed off due to a mysterious virus in 1983, and Maebara Keiichi and Ryuuguu Rena deal with the outbreak." Itll be directed by the same guy who directs all Higurashi Stuff since Rei. oh also, WIP name is Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kaku: Outbreak Edited by EatableFan, May 6, 2013, 10:51 am.
