Going off of a hunch, here; I'm sure everyone wants to see the heroes escape hand-in-hand, or watch them receive the honor they deserve. I know for a fact that watching your favorite character(s) die/fail can be terribly painful. But, that's personally not what this topic is about. Which 'Wrong End' is your favorite of the entire Corpse Party series? BoS, BCRF, and 2U included. I know it could be difficult to choose, especially based off of the fact this is CP and half of them (if not all) are really painful.
Honestly, I need to say that whilst I enjoy BC more than BoS--most of the endings were more heart-wrenching and 'terrible' in BoS than they were in BC. BoS tends to focus less on the visual aspect(you know, when comparing it to the original 'over-head' RPG-styled gameplay), and more on being dependent on your imagination. Which sort-of makes up for the fact they disposed of the RPG aspect.

"Going off of a hunch, here; I'm sure everyone wants to see the heroes escape hand-in-hand, or watch them receive the honor they deserve."
Yeah, that pretty much describes me. I know the story wouldn't be that interesting if no one died, but it seems like a lot of my favorites die painfully...
Book of Shadows is probably my favorite official Corpse Party game at the moment, even though I still think there should have been more stuff like the final chapter where the player can explore places that don't quite fit with an RPG-like view. I'd probably change my mind if I had access to the full ending list at the moment, but I think my favorite Wrong End in Book of Shadows is (spoilered for safety)
Spoiler: click to toggle the Wrong End in Chapter 5 that you get if you look back after being told not to. Sachiko pretending to be Mitsuki and "accidentally" getting Morishige into a compromising position was funny, but then Sachiko just adds insult to injury with her trollface when she reveals herself.
I think a runner-up would be one of the Wrong Ends in Book of Shadows Chapter 3,
Spoiler: click to toggle where Yui gets impaled by Tsukasa's pencil. It's just downright cruel. Heck, a lot of the Wrong Ends in Chapter 3 were just plain mean.
Sometimes, I wonder how I can enjoy this stuff. There's Wrong Ends in Book of Shadows that are more interesting to me than segments of the main path, and not because I think Book of Shadows is boring... Then again, it's probably my obsession with Sachiko that makes me look forward to some of the Wrong Ends. Her "cute" expression set and giggles let her get away with a lot of nasty stuff that I'd usually hate characters for.

Favorite 'wrong ends' eh? Nice topic, Kishinuma-kun~!
This will take some thought, and I'd like to cover BC & BoS both if possible, although I can't comment much on anything else as of yet! ^^;
I admit, the wrong ends in BoS are especially cruel -- although I personally found them more...realistic, shall we say? Yes, realistic -- compared to BC. I thought a few in BC were a bit toned, because as you mentioned -- there wasn't as much of an imagination aspect with some.
Of course I wanna see everyone skipping out happily, but I've 98% given up on that. (I only say there's a 2% left because there's one game left to make, but I'm not keeping my hopes up because this franchise likes to crush them. xD)
Now~ Babble babble aside, let's move onto Mayu's favorite wrong ends~!
Blood Covered: Repeated Fear, Favorite Wrong Ends Blood Covered: Repeated Fear- Wrong End 3, Chapter 3: When Yuka is caught by Yuki Kanno either within the 2nd Floor Entrance-way Covered Walkway or from being locked in a bathroom via the 2nd Wing. Yuki terrifies me, and the whole "in your face MY EYE IT'S MINE GIVE IT BACK" had me shrinking back from the screen in terror. Utterly well done, not to mention (sorry Yuka) it's not an overly sympathetic end for me, considering my lack of care for Yuka. >> (Nobody deserves that, just saying it's not like it tugs at my heart...)
- Wrong End 3, Chapter 4: Satoshi mucks up and Naomi and Seiko are gone and the scene is all sad and stuff. Hell, sometimes I like this end for that particular scene mixed with the music -- so saddening. (Also...you know, the CG of Naomi hanging is 10x more terrifying that Seiko's, because Naomi's got short enough hair that you kinda see everything, eeeek~) This ending also features Tohko (a favorite o' mine) so that's nifty, and she stabs Satoshi who is a least favorite of mine, so...it all works out, I guess. *winks and laughs*
- Wrong End 4, Chapter 4: I can't really explain why this is a favorite. I guess um. I thought it was kinda uh. Funny? That you could just...pull the lever and Ayumi goes *whomp* right into the drain, like. Eheh...*facepalms and feels like a terrible person okay she and Yoshiki live so it's all good >>* *jumps into a ditch because she wasn't sure if she'd admit this one or not*
- Extra End 5, Chapter 4: Pretty much same up until the stabby point. Satoshi doesn't *have* to die in order for me to obtain happiness, so I'm fine with him living through Tohko's stabbitystab. Again, get to see Tohko, so win-win & a nice/quick reunion with Yui & Satoshi.
I like those two together (platonically speaking) so that was nifty & finally, some backstory on poor Ms. Yui that didn't even get thrown into the main story! The way I see it, I have to do this ending at least once when I run through the main game, because I feel as though it's an extremely important part of Ms. Yui's character and was unfairly bumped into an "Extra" End. >>
- Chapter 5, Wrong End 4: Well, this end just goes terribly for everyone, which was fascinating to see. It was realistic to at least have one end where they're all stuck; just like every other group of kids/adults that happened to do the Charm. It was fascinating to see how it came to a head -- how the survivors actually died in this route -- one, by one. I thought in particular that Ayumi's voice actress did an utterly fantastic job in this bit, as her hatred toward Naomi truly did shine through in her voice.
We also got to hear a confession from Yoshiki, and saw his utter love and determination shine through when he jumped back into Heavenly Host despite the fact that she didn't exactly respond so well to it. (I also enjoyed that he ran into "Mayu" when he attempted to leave the classroom; it told me that he felt bad, as if he didn't want her death to be in vain. To at least help the others. He's a total sweetie.)
I enjoyed the end. Everything fell into place perfectly. I enjoyed the bits with Kizami and Yuka, I enjoyed the bits with Satoshi and Naomi, I enjoyed the bits between Naomi and Ayumi...I even enjoyed how when Ayumi approached Naomi (at the verrrrry end in the Bomb Shelter) she said "Ms. Yui is dead." but we all KNEW something was wrong, because they weren't showing an anime profile. Not even a small square photo -- just her name. I knew something was completely off by that point, and well...the ending was finale. I think everyone couldn't help but smile lighty at the last CG we saw, there~
- Chapter 5, Wrong End 6: I can't help it -- despite the utter creepiness of this one, it's why I like it. We're shown what the Darkening can do to someone. I enjoyed the imagination of this ending though -- completely up in the air as to what truly happened after the attack/who got away/if they all died/etc.
I personally always imagined Naomi (as morbid as this may be, this is CP) tearing them apart with her bare hands, considering how strongly the Darkening had been inflicted at that point + apparently people that aren't in the bounds of sanity are much, much stronger. Just my thoughts. Regardless, the photo of her standing far back, getting closer + the CG + everyone's screams are pretty much fantastically + creepily done for me.
- Chapter 5, Wrong End 8: ...This leads into BoS, so of course. I really love this, and how they set it up for the following game.
That covers BCRP, so time for BoS.
Book of Shadows, Favorite Wrong Ends
Chapter 2, Wrong End 2: I think, if anything, it shows the love between Yoshiki and Ayumi. Er, at least...on Yoshiki's end, as usual. I enjoyed this one, also, because we didn't see as much of these two, so I has rather happy to get an end involving them, despite the contents. I also like to note Sachiko's interest and Yoshiki, because she rarely shows such "affection" (hah) in a respect to anyone else besides Morishige in the group, I think.
Chapter 2, Wrong End 6: I don't care as much for the option if you get caught by Yoshikazu -- I think it's more interesting to actually reach the Science Lab. The wrap up with Nana, Nari & Chihaya is obviously sad, but it's still a wrap-up. Plenty of Sachiko, whom is generally interesting to see in any ending. Despite the fact that things didn't look good for Yoshiki & Mayu, I liked the fact that we were spared the grim details and instead were left to wonder -- I also couldn't help but be relieved that, for once, Mayu wasn't dying alone. Selfish, but true~
Chapter 5, Wrong End 2: I have a love/hate relationship with this one. It's terrifyingly interesting, I suppose. I like the interaction between Sachiko and Mitsuki, and get the gross amount of detail Mitsuki pours on us just from looking around the Dissection Room is pretty...yeah. It's heavy. I enjoyed the Mitsuki / Yoshikazu square-off, ah, yes.
I generally liked this ending because it was showing how gosh-darn strong Mitsuki can be, even if Fukuroi isn't there. (A lot of these females' -- if not all -- rely on a male character in some form, so it was nice to see her fight so well without him) She really did put up a good fight, so I enjoy all of that, but the Dissection Room itself & the way she's killed were pretty icky, but I still love it because Mitsuki! ♥
Chapter 5, Wrong End 4: Darkening!Shige-nii is always fun. This one was especially interesting because it involved a classmate. I was extremely pleased about this. We often see Morishige involved with people/corpses from other schools' -- but hardly ever his own peers. Not to mention a dead peer that he really had no qualms with. I enjoyed his first thoughts about "Why wasn't Kishinuma with her!?" because I thought it was showing that he was at least effected -- it's not as though he has no remorse unless it's Mayu, which was nice.
Of course, her death brought him all sorts of negtivity and bad thoughts, and things got pretty awkward from there. Point is, I really enjoyed his whole inner monologue and the further bits of his obvious crumbling sanity slipping from his grasp. I thought they ended it at a perfect moment, the point of no return, the blackest black. This was most definitely one of my favorite endings in the entire game.
Chapter 5, Wrong End 5: More interesting Morishige stuff. More stuff to learn about him, and not all of it is necessarily good~ This ending was more-so considered to me a favorite because of more intelligence on Morishige -- not the Emi bits themselves. I actually thought the whole Sachiko / Emi bit was pretty disturbing, so I more-so focus on Shige-nii's character development during this portion. He can be pretty scary, huh? I was fascinated and yet not utterly surprised when he accepted Sachiko's offer in the way he did.
Chapter 5, Wrong End 6: More Mitsuki vs. Yoshikazu with Mitsuki being pretty awesome and all.
That's all, folks~

I love the wrong ending in Chapter 5 of BoS, where
Spoiler: click to toggle Morishige's Darkening Meter fills, and then he wakes up strapped to the table before watching and finally joining in the murder of Emi Urabe.
I honestly wasn't sure how I felt about Sakutaro before that ending, and I don't know why, but it was what pushed him up to No. 1 on my character list. Partly, I think it's because I respect both him and his voice actor for managing to creep me out beyond any pretense of realism with that laughter.

Spoiler: click to toggle Grievous wounds to never heal, Location forsaken, sanguine, surreal. Three souls buried in agony and shame, With one blood-stained culprit to forever blame.
The first, a young boy, Boundlessly opportunistic and coy. At the wrong place, wrong time, Paying eternally for another’s crime….

For BC, definitely Chapter 5, Wrong End 4. Spoiler: click to toggle It's really satisfying because it addresses the collective hangups of the main cast in a way that the True Ending doesn't. Satoshi loses his sister, and we find out that she was as much of an anchor to him as he was to her. Naomi, who has spent the whole game losing her mind without Seiko finally gives in to hopelessness and accepts her fate quietly. Yoshiki falters just a little in being Ayumi's protector, and ends up losing her and everyone else. His undoing is also what leads Ayumi to hers, as she descends into utter, self-serving baseness and cruelty. Other things I like about it: it has one of my favorite Yoshiki moments, because he's allowed a moment of weakness that he learns from, before bouncing back like a trooper. Ayumi's crush on Satoshi is also a minor detail that doesn't really have any interest until it comes into play here.
A runner up is the Extra End in Chapter 4, because Satoshi is put in situation with someone where his affable personality and brave heart just doesn't work, and it ends with him collapsing in Miss Yui's arms because it all becomes too much for him. His character is interesting when moments like these are allowed to contrast with his normally lucky streak. Speaking of Ms. Yui, it's also a great moment for her.
For BoS, I actually don't like most of the endings. They escalate the gore to even higher levels, and everybody narrates their deaths in the same ridiculous languid, purple prose-ish way(Seriously? My thought process would be a stream of expletives). But I do like some of them. Spoiler: click to toggle There's one in Shangri-La, where Morishige gets lost in his fixations. It's a kind of gory I like, and it's karmic in a Twilight Zone-esque way. It's uncomfortable, and it gives me the jitters, and I love that. Morishige is far from my favorite character, but he's a fascinating one. Getting into his headspace, and seeing how he interacts with other groups of people makes it one of the better chapters to use the VN format.
There's also another in chapter 5, where Mitsuki fights back against Yoshikazu before being killed. She was a real breakout character in BoS, and all the better for it. The only time we get to see her alive in BR, she's scared out of her wits. In BoS, we get to see her work together with others and slowly cultivate some kind of strength of character. It culminates in another strong scene for her in the extended True End of the chapter, where she refuses to submit to Kizami. It's a powerful moment and among my favorite in the series. Sadly, it seems that it's her fate to be menaced by brutes and psychopaths.
A runner up would be all of the Wrong Ends in Chapter 3, but especially the pencil to the jugular. I seriously laughed, because of how ridiculous it was. Sometimes, among the over the top viscera and psychological torment, it's the small stuff that gets to you.

Two of my favorite endings are from Shangri-La.
Spoiler: click to toggle This one is common but two of my favorites is when Mitsuki and Fukuroi are transported into the tunnel. There are two ways to go with this one and your screwed either way. Like clicking "stay here"... You get smashed by Yoshikazu.(this one is simple but I like how despite Mitsuki being scared out her mind, she still has to be kind and introduce herself to the behemoth.
My all time favorite is when you decide to run.(cause you don't have another choice). I was relieved to see Taguchi come running from the darkness but that was short lived. I got chills and a grin when Mitsuki met the "God Of Emptiness" and she leads you to the death room. I love the huge Ed Gein reference to this one.(everyone else already explained this one).
and can I mention my favorite "Actual Endings?"
Spoiler: click to toggle One of my favorite endings is the end for Seal. It's not because I enjoyed watching Ms Shinohara get cut down but my frown became a smile when, once again the "God Of Emptiness" appeared and laughed at Naomi. I can honestly say that I scared my dad,(who was in another room) with me laughing hysterically with her.
The real ending for Mire definitely messed with my head. Especially since this is the buildup to the big Wrong End from Blood Covered. When Yuka became a mindless drone and obeyed everything Sachiko said until ultimately, Yoshikazu coming from behind and smashing her. The thing that freaked me out the most was after the picture was taken, the credits appeared. I just sat there, holding my like "What the hell?!". I thought I did something wrong with that chapter. After turning off my system, I just walked around and said. "That was amazing... Bravo Sa-Chan".
so there's my two cents, for now.

Hmmmm... I don't really like Wrong ends...in fact I have an Obsessive compulsive disorder of pursuing true ends and avoiding wrong/bad ends of any game.. As much as possible
but if I have to favorite one... It would be...
In BC
Seiko Hammer End Well, there isn't any description if I remember.. Its just Naomi dragging Seiko's corpse and everyone screams BOOM WRONG END...
