Wenger asked about Mourinho's comments in post-game presser. His response? "I speak about facts and ideas, never about people."

Class.
Very apt. Well, while they were both being plaintiff we all know who was factual and who was sniping.

If you ask any informed and reasonable neutral--someone without a trolling agenda--which manager truly cares the most about football as a whole, about fairness, about the future of the sport and not just his own glory, everyone goddamn well knows the answer will be Arsene Wenger.

Absolutely. And if it was the case that your agenda was to sling mud and not be logical your tactic would be to reduce this exchange down to "both are whiners". Even tough one guy is quite right in general about how the transfer window can allow you shift your stockpiles of surplus playing talent such that it has no effect on your two six pointers, while the guy went off into a load of babble and thinly veiled jealousy for the better manager who does real football without the help of a billionaire.

If you were trolling that is and your agenda was that intellectually dishonest.

Jose's whining about OUR schedule being easier? Did he miss our ridiculous Napoli/Man $ity turnaround? What about how our games against the top 6 stack up behind each other multiple times this year? Someone hasn't been paying close enough attention to how each team's schedules compare.
games stack up against multiple components is a different issue, one could also argue that that means you play bottom of the table teams back to back allowing you to gain some momentum and confidence.
On the other hand you have one team having less than 48hrs rest before a game then having to play a team with more than 72 hrs rest.
You also have a week that all premiership teams in the FA cup play on saturday and sunday before their midweek games, while one premiership team get an advantage by playing on Friday, that can be classified as 'unfair'
In the meantime, our Wednesday night trip to Napoli followed by the earliest weekend fixture at $ity is just something to deal with. The actual moral of the story here is it's unfair when it happens to Chel$ea ,but it's whining when it's Arsenal getting screwed. I'll try to remember that for next time.

Full of clinching rejoinders to points Wenger did not actually make. We should invite this guy to join our board.
