so it seems we would be getting kallstrom instead, he's a MIDFIELDER. This looks like another case of Wenger panicking, Flamini is suspended for 3 games not 10, Arteta is available for the weekend and Wilshere would be available for Liverpool. And even with Ramsey injured I believe Arteta,Flamini,Wilshere and even Oxlade would be ahead of him in CM, so of what use is he?, if he's not going to play get more than 2 starts plus 2 or 3 cameo appearances.

He's a loan signing, so he'll basically cost nothing, and it wouldn't affect any other business we're trying to do, so I don't see how anyone could have a problem with it. He might even be in the lineup against Cardiff.

you mean Crystal palace? my problem is this, why should he start ahead of oxlade in MF this weekend is he better? and as soon as Flamini returns from suspension on Feb 16, he may never start for the club again, maybe a 5 mins cameo here and there that's all. So effectively we get a player who is only useful for 2 weeks!.

Gnabry's looked a little bit leggy his last two starts and it wouldn't surprise me if Wenger wanted Ox available for wing depth. When Flamini gets back, Kallstrom may well never start for the rest of the season, but again, this was a loan signing that practically cost us nothing, and if he helps us keep our head above water over the next few weeks, wouldn't it be well worth it looking back? That fact we're trying to do this deal doesn't mean we're not trying to strengthen in other areas.

Arsenal seem intent on patching a short term shortage in midfield while ignoring a gaping hole in attack. I don't get it. Hopefully we don't pay dearly for this.

At the front . Even if we get someone , it's most likely a loan deal , or a last minute Drexler deal can be struck.

If not we are going into the summer with our pockets full and bidding for the super strikers........The diego costas , the cavanis , the falcaos , and maybe the Suarez if Poo misses top 4.

With Mata , if United gets top 4. most likely at the expense of Poo and Suarez is coming to the Emirates, well brilliant Jose might just have done us a favour too. That would be the day I will be lmao at the special cunt

I would pay some of my own hard earned cash to see this turn of events. It would be absolutely hilarious.

But I really think we're the only club that's shown a willingness to sell to close rivals. If Suarez departs, it will be to a destination outside the Premier League.

Hard to see this as ignoring our striking need. It's a short term solution to a short term problem and makes perfect sense in that context.

Finding the kind of impact player we all agree is needed up front was always going to be an unlikely event during this window. The combination of pricing and availability rendered it all but impossible. Even the Draxler transfer would have been a bet on the future more than a fix for the present.

uninspiring & another lack luster window gone. gone is our best chance 2 win d league. league should just award title 2 city while we and rest hustle/scramble 4 other positions. position of leading league for 2-3 months is consolation of sorts is utter mind fuck. in other words we still carry d water 4 other teams.
