Silva mortally wounded there. No, wait... he appears able to continue once Ivanovich has been booked.
Rather than damning these players as dramatic wimps, we should be praising their immense capacity for recovery instead.

Still mystifies me that Demichelis gets minutes for City.
If not for Fernandinho being hurt, he wouldn't be getting minutes.
What happened to the so called depth?
direct that to DSCH and co, who keeps arguing city have a deeper squad than Arsenal

At the risk of sounding like one of the Mourinho-ites around here, I like his approach. I'm sure that City, along with most of the planet, felt that Jose's line-up was out to replicate Fat Sam's success against Chelsea the previous week. Instead, players like Luis were chasing opponents all the way up the pitch and winning possession constantly.

Mourinho is a myth, jokes aside I think it's safely to say pellegrini has been out-tacticed by Jose, I have no clue what he sees in Demicheles. It's like playing with 10 men.

City are so lucky, they should have conceded more. This type of football is incredibly naive from a top 4 team. I thought it was terrible football when they played Arsenal but we were horrible defensively. Now they are getting exposed by a fully rested Chelsea team that can sit back and take them apart on the counter. There was a point it was 4 vs 1 on the counter, I am sure Chelsea just couldn't believe what they were seeing and were sloppy. City are very lucky to only be a goal down. It has nothing to do with Fernadinho, it is the belief that they can dominate teams and so recklessly attack without any balance.
