From a stunned Sports Desk:

Maybe Arsenal does want to try their chances in Europa. At this rate, they'd be lucky to nip that third spot to qualify.

Who the fuck pats the ball to the ground on the fucking goal line? That said, I still don't think the ball crossed the line.

Ozil having a poor passing match by his or most any standard. Santi not much better.

Speed aplenty at the top, but not too many chances to show for it as Arsenal players have often dribbled into double and triple teams. Ouch.

So that's three of four CL goals against off of set pieces. It's not the lack of size that's killing the Gunners, but a lack of organization and focus instead. Messers Wenger and Bould, can we dedicate just five more minutes to free kick defense at practice? Thanks.

the team goes down at home tonight, they and the coaching staff will richly deserve the boos that will be cascading down upon them. If the were in another country, some refuse would come down as well
Boos? So thats it. The team would get booed, the manager must be shitting his pants knowing what would happen if he doesn't turn this around, he would get booed.
LOL
Damn phato, missed this one. What the fuck is your point. That they deserve worse? The sack in Wengers case?

I was reporting on the present, and I think that my post sufficiently took all to task, so what a silly reply. No wonder the pizzer slurped it up.
First of all unlike many people here, I am indifferent in this competition. I dont see the point getting ones hope up for a competition we have zero chance of winning. I have watched Arsenal struggle in this competition in Wengers early days at the club when we had a great team and this team doesnt even cut it. I think after almost 20 years, I kind of know what to expect from Arsenal in the CL. In the past when we were the top seed, we could get away with one or two bad games but now when we have to play a team like Bayern twice, the pressure is enormous and Arsenal are not the type of team that can handle that type of pressure.

Now to the manager, my opinion is well known. Despite not knowing what the future would hold without Wenger, I think we should have let go of him a long time ago and tried to hit the jackpot on another manager. I wouldnt say fire the manager for one particular game but in general it is quite a miserable time being an Arsenal fan. It is not one season, this has now gone on for almost 10 years now. We have seen this game a 100 times now and I am not sure the manager is scared of fans booing him and his team. If you decide to stick to this manager, then welcome to life under him. A time should come where the frustration gets to you. I have passed that stage now, some would get there eventually but some would never get there no matter what.
Gee, interesting stuff which had exactly what to do with my post or your dumb arse response?

It was piss poor from the start. It was exactly like the Monaco game at home and I knew we would concede first out of no where. Arsenal fans have to endure this shit over and over again. It was embarrassing to see how Bayern dismantled Zagreb today.

Much as I would to just laugh at Arsenal the fact is this malaise goes well beyond the Emirates. So far Orem teams have lost 5 out of 6 games in which all were strong favourites to win . Is the Orem that hard that it's making it so difficult to get up for these midweek games or is the Premiership simply lagging way behind other countries tactically

Baring a miracle, the EPL is going to lose a CL spot.

A lot of people slate Wenger for playing Ramsey on the right, but think for a moment: At which times this season have we looked ridiculously open?

When he's not playing wide right, pinching in and helping form a midfield 4.

I think playing Ramsey on the right might be the necessary sacrifice for playing Cazorla deep.

I think it's time to re-think the idea of playing Cazorla deep, I really don't think he gives us that much more distribution than Ramsey would and he is not scoring or assisting on goals right now. I think midfield scoring is one of the larger issues we are facing right now. Ramsey has at least scored proficiently from that spot before, though he isn't currently in the best spell of form. I would play Ramsey and Coquelin at the base of midfield and rotate Cazorla and Ozil as the number 10, even moving Ozil out left occasionally and playing with a front line of Ozil-Walcott-Sanchez. I would also like to see Wenger re-visit the possibility of playing Sanchez through the center and try a front line of Ozil-Sanchez-Ox.

I think this seeding change is a 'game changer' for Arsene's proud record CL record of reaching the knockout stages.

Now we will always have 1 or in worst cases 2 Giant teams, in the group stages.
In previous season's 1 or 2 losses, could mean we could always claw back by winning the 'gimme' games against sh!te opposition.

Now we have Bayern awaiting us and there is no margin for error.

The pressure is upped a few notches in the group stage itself and we are seeing the mental breakdown.
