We won all the balls in the centre of the park and attacked them with pace. All our moves were laser guided, inch perfect. The finishing was top class, nothing was wasted. Except Ramsey. It was easier to score than to hit it into row z. Flamini should give Ramsey some tuition on hitting a volley.

It wasn't a defensive shift and a counter punch that won the game. We basically did a blitzkrig on them. The scintillating build up play between Ozil, Carzola, Bellerine, Monreal , Walcott and Sanchez was fantastic the first 30 mins.

Then Fellani came on as a deep lying midfielder to take the ball out of the goal kicks. The Man United players started pressing the defenders, resulting in lots of possession for them. We got no outlet.

Once Fellani got the ball under control from the air, he goes upwards, and tries to win headers. We rode our luck, we were more withdrawn in our defending, giving them the initiative. We couldn't break out much. A pity our counter attacking game in the 2nd half did not result in more goals.

Good thing Martial couldn't get a goal, top saves from Cech. The boy Martial will be one to watch for the future.

To hell with the CL . Get knocked out of the Europa league too.
Win the PL first without all the European distraction.

If there is a weak link in our team right now, it's Ramsey!
Ramsey was terrific today. Hell, everyone was.

Hey, your Welsh boy missed that volley on the cross from Alexis, so I would imagine your evaluation has more to do with unimportant things like his running off the ball, transition play, defending and ball winning.

Though I just defended Ramsey and his overall contributions, can you imagine how lethal this side could be if he gets rollin' with some confidence? It seems like all the other attackers have found their swag, and when he finds his, look out.

Some poor touches and giveaways, too, so the 'weak link' comment may have been accurate for today's match. The thing is, all the other links were so strong it was not really a biting criticism to say that of him.

He really doesn't seem to like playing on the right.

Hopefully he gets his swagger back soon.
