He will be back soon enough to pick up the league and the champions league medals. Awesome.

I would like to nominate this for post of the month.

Priceless!

No medals for him. I know you gotta play a minimum number of games to get a league medal and there's no realistic way that's gonna happen.

It is a great line though.

Winning the lottery is currently polling at 2-0 against another club showing interest, which I am confident is quite reflective of actual chances between the two.

No offence meant to Diaby because I genuinely feel sorry for him. He should probably give up now. Wenger has given his broken body chance after chance, we would be better using the squad place for an up and coming player who might be able to train, learn and play now and again.

I'm with you on this. If Diaby was healthy, how many matches would he get anyway with what we have in midfield?

His body just can't handle the rigors of top-flight soccer and it's time to move on. If he makes a comeback at another club than good for him since he does deserve it for all the work he's done trying to return all those times. Itsjust that there's no real opportunities for him at Arsenal anymore.

What is he in the ranking (when fit)? Is it 7th best midfielder?

I would say somewhere around 7th. That's League Cup material right there.
