no problem if you don't give a shit even though you eventually made a prediction despite it being 'premature' you see how stupid that makes you look?.Be careful though when you start the 'OT' nonsense on your useless yank sports because that would just make you look like a wanker, not that you aren't one already. |

it comes as a surprise but when you look at this a little bit more closely united have played the most difficult opponents out of those 6, they've played Chelsea, liverpool and Man city.Heck the Southampton they drew with yesterday are not an easy opponent anymore. I placed them on the same level with pool and spurs, but I'm not surprised that the bookmakers have ranked them a lilttle higher than those two. |

I didn't say don't talk about it. I just noticed you started the thread within minutes of when when you got annoyed at other gunners saying "sheer class", and "champagne football". |

I'm in a no win situation here, had I started this thread when we lost a game, you and the usual suspects would be like "where were you when we were winning" you only post when we lose, or had I posted when we are in a bad run of form, 'I would be taking a piss' in that instance.... |

Like many people I have been tempted to look at the league table and I have been a bit frustrated. It almost seems like we should have more points on the board and consequently have a bigger gap over Chelsea and City. The bottom line is no matter how well you play, you cant win the league in the first couple of months of the season. What you can do is lose the league in the first few months, just look at Manchester United. Teams like Arsenal, Liverpool and Spurs that have not won the league in a long time need to have a good start to build on and get some confidence for the long season ahead.

Long way to go. We had a similar start in 07/08. Dont understand this thread Pizzyboy. Its extremely hard to predict as there are lots of variables up in the air. a) Its early days b) What happens in transfer window in January matters a lot (especially to us) If this is a fun exercise - then I like JODB's 1) Arsenal 2-20) Who gives a shit?
