I'm assuming you mean team goal then? The kind that is an example of the team ethos under Wenger? I only say that because I've seen better goals (IMO), but they were individual efforts (Bergkamp v Newcastle, Henry v United, etc...). Not to downplay the goal from the weekend, though. Truly stunning stuff.
The best team goal is synonymous with the most Arsene Wenger goal ever, and for the true football fan, a great team goal will always be viewed in a grander light than that of individual brilliance. But speaking of individual brilliance, Wilshere's effort in that goal has him up there on that front too.
Sorry to have to out myself as a false football fan, but I am equally impressed by both kinds of goals.

As far as team play goes, the intricate flicks leading up to Wilshere's goal were wonderful, but do they really excel the breakout counterattack that ended in Arshavin's winner against Barcelona? An almost extra-sensory understanding among players was there in both instances. The nice thing is, I don't have to pick a favorite. I'm just enjoying the fact the list looks to get longer this year.
I immediately thought of the goal against Barca, too. I love counterattacking goals like that. Still, and I can't believe I'm even saying this as much as I despise that team, the goal from the weekend would make Barca proud.

After this strike by Kasami for Fulham yesterday - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5GTaZEtAkH0 - Wilshere tweeted something like, "There goes my goal of the month award."
The FA just might be dumb enough to think Kasami's was better.
Football is a team sport filled with many moments of individual brilliance, so I don't necessarily subscribe to the notion that goals like Wilshere's should always trump Kasimi's. Two categories would seem a bit more fair than having to choose (although of course I choose Jack's).

That's a good goal, but you see them scored regularly. Tim Cahill just did it the other day, Peter Crouch for Stoke a season or two ago.

That first goal against Norwich was extraterrestrial.

"And in the "Most Out of This World Goal" category, we have the following nominees."

Yeah, I like that.
