Wouldn't mind that at all. Give him a good sixty minutes and then bring on Bendtner. Here's who else ought to line up v Chelsea: Fab or Porno.2; Vermaelen, Jenkinson, Monreal, Ryo, Gnabry, Eisfeld and Sanogo (if fit). If Ox or Theo is ready, might want to give them some conditioning minutes. Might think about the same for Santi. No Kos. No Mert. No Giroud. No Ramsey. No Wilshere. No Flarteta. No Ozil. I've lost track of Frimpong. What's he up to these days? |

We will be slaughtered by Chelsea with this line up. The little me inside wants Wenger to go all out to beat Chelsea. I hope he fields at least 6 starters. This is really a catch 22 situation. |

So what? Though I believe that the second unit is capable of more than you give them credit for, let's also consider two other things: 1) Chelsea will likely employ a similar strategy with a mostly second unit line-up. 2) Would you sacrifice legs needed for Prem competition to the MM Cup? Not me. |

In all likelihood, Zelalem won't be fit enough to start but I'd at least like to see him chucked on for the last 30 or so. Looking way ahead of course, but I wouldn't mind seeing this: Fabianski Jenkinson Per Verm Monreal Flamini Wilshere Rosicky Gnabry Bendtner Eisfeld EDITOR'S NOTE: Good call Jbird, probably want to field 11 players

Missing one there cruyff. Probably throw Cazorla in depending on how much he plays this weekend but I agree with the other 10. |

Fabianski/PORNO 2.0 Jenkinson Per Verm Monreal Flamini Wilshere Eisfield Gnabry Bendtner Santi If this is the lineup next Teusday, this weekend Jack must rest, Flamini and Santi must come off the bench. Concerned bout Per! I hate this Carling Cup!!!!! Extremely irritating! |

We can rest a MF this weeekend, prolly Jack after the minor knock against BVB. I'd be tempted to start Gnabry this Saturday as well. Anyone familiar with the yellow card system? If Flam gets one at Palace does he miss CC game or PL game against Pool? |

Another card this weekend and he'd miss the Chelsea match. |

Then I wouldn't mind seeing a tactical foul committed some time this Saturday. Otherwise, if he takes one vs. Chelsea (a game he should sit for anyway), he misses Liverpool. If he takes one against Liverpool, he misses Man United; one against United would cost him the Southampton match. He is essential for all three of these. |
