I prefer Cazorla to Nasri. He has a better range of passing and shoots from distance better. Also he is two footed. I liked Nasri a lot while he was here but his one footedness was apparent. He also had a tendency to drift out of games and not take chances. Cazorla takes people on a bit less but he is very slippery and seems to float by people. Next to Rosicky Cazorla is my favorite player to watch right now.

Not sure what this thread proves? Nobody ever said he can't do those things in the video, it's the mere fact that an ex gunner was refered to as the better player that's hurting. Show me a video of the magician cathola dribbing 3 or 4 players to score, maybe then this thread can have some credibility
It doesn't prove anything. Just appreciating Santi Cazorla.

Please show us a video of one of your Spurs players (bale doesn't count) do anything half as well Cazorla does.
I do appreciate Cazorla too, off topic as usual.
Then, please, show your appreciation by posting a video/link of your favorite Cazorla play or pass or goal or whatever. That's what this thread is about.
you've already posted it, as you can see for yourself options for cathola(the next DB) great play is limited, that's why Samir is the better player.
I think that Xixou has been quite wrong in labeling you a Spurs fan. From owners who can spend all they want to great footballers like Nasrat and Toure, it's obvious to all that you have a bad case of City envy.

Completely agree with your assessment of the two.

Nasri is not really one footed though, he scored some goals with his left foot.

He did score at least one goal with his left, against Fulham, but scoring one or two goals left footed does not mean you are not one footed. Robben has scored several goals right footed but he is the most one footed player I have ever seen. Nasri's overall play is very one footed. He wants to dribble to his right, shoot with his right, and pass with his right. He rarely uses his left unless it is the only option. Cazorla is equally comfortable shooting and passing with both feet.

It's not just that.

People don't realize that Cazorla has been one of the world's best playmakers over the past few years.
He never had goals in his game (although 12 in the league last season was great), he has always been a great passer and dribbler who has made other players around him better by creating for them.

There are other many good attacking midfielders, some have explosive pace and ability to get past defenders but Cazorla and Ozil are at the top tier of playmakers. They've taken us to a team barely making top 4 and playing one dimensional football (pass it to van Persie) to a team that can pass it beautifully and is leading the league.

Santi's best position is in that AM position - as we saw in the West Ham game.
We are wasting him on the wing.

Can we play both Ozil and Santi in the same 11 - as 2 central AM's?

Poldi Giroud Gnnabry
Ozil Santi
Arteta

We havent seen that this season. I would love to see it.

we must be watching different players

In this clip alone I could count EIGHT and I mean EIGHT Nasri goals scored by the left foot. One footed indeed.
Nasri use of foot shouldn't even be compared to Robben, Robben right foot is just for standing.

If Nasri one footedness is too apparent, then so is 95% of players on the planet.
You don't even have to look far away from home to realise that Nasri uses his left foot more than Ozil uses his right, more than Wilshere uses his right, more than Arteta uses his left foot.

Yes he scored some goals with his left. But like I said his overall play is far more one footed than cazorla. After watching him play for Arsenal and France for several years I know that he will almost always go to his right. The other players you mentioned are not part of my comparison and irrelevant. I compared Cazorla to Nasri. Between the two Cazorla is far more two footed. He plays long balls with both feet, shoots with both feet, and is equally adept at dribbling left and right. Like I said previously they are both good players but I prefer Cazorla.
