The sequel wasn't that good if you mean Disgaea II. The 1st one have a good story, and the game play hours I believe is almost infinite because something about you can keep going to higher dungeon to get rare weapons, armors, and it change every time I believe. This is what make it unique. I haven't play it a lot before because I didn't have the time, when I finally did have the time, it suddenly vanish into thin air for no reason like all my other Games. The $99 was probably a long time ago, or I must have mistaken it for Valkyrie Profile. Come to think of it, I started to play only online this day now. Since in Online game you have a goals, and it keep getting updated with new contents. Also, in online game when you get strong you can show off, and do the impossible, unlike none online one, once you beat it, it's done and there no goal or purpose of it anymore. This is probably why I don't play console games anymore. Disgaea: Hour of Darkness was just a suggestion, since I thought it was a good game. You don't need to get it, since I don't think I ever going to play it anyway. |

Goals are also existent in single player games, otherwise the games would have no story or be absolutely meaningless. The problem with MMORPGs is that your goals will always be exactly the same. The goal will either become the most powerful or get the best weapons and armor in the game, or a mixture of both. Well if a game supposedly never ends and there are going to be an infinite amount of weapons/armors, how are your goals ever going to be realized? I also like to mention the repetitive nature of MMORPGs, as you are repeatedly doing the exact same thing over and over and over again, like grinding 24/7 to reach a certain level or hunting 24/7 to obtain a super duper rare item. It's fun for awhile, but eventually the process becomes a chore and you then realize your time is better spent. At least single player games don't have you trying to slay 15,000,000 demons to reach level 250, and in addition you won't have your life hanging over it. BTW, after realizing how crapstasticular that review was of Master of Monsters: Disciplines of Gaia, I decided to rewrite it and resubmit it to GameFAQs. Since GameFAQs have to analyze the review before making it official on their site, I'll post it here so you can guys can read it, and yeah, this is what I think about the game when I look back upon it. EDIT: Deleted review screenshot as the updated review is up: http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/psx/review/R48427.html Edited by Caim, Jun 12 2008, 08:55 AM.

What I mean in none online game is, what do you do when you are strong? What if you have the greatest Armors, Weapons, Skills? Max level, etc? But in Online Game, once you have better gears, you can explore new places, show off with people, do the impossible, kill big bosses, etc. Also Online Game alway get new content updated, so you can never finish the game unlike non Online Game once you finish it, it's over. |

Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life Special Edition for the PS2 >>downloading. Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland for the PS2 >>downloading. Innocent Life: A Futuristic Harvest Moon (Special Edition) for the PS2 >>downloading. What happened to all the Sony DVDRs? I bought a whole pack and I can't find a single one. Also. is the PSX2 emulator suppose to be that slow? I don't really see a goal in MMORPG. The point of it for me is to have fun with a group of other people. That's the whole point of an MMORPG anyways... besides the showing off and PKing. Edited by Kraust, Jun 12 2008, 05:10 AM.

Are you downloading the games one at a time? The internet is behaving very slowly. PCSX2 is extremely hardware demanding, and not even the best and fastest PC will run games at full speed. It's also incompatible with a lot of games and games are often glitchy. I don't recommend using the emulator to play PS2 games at this point. You bought Sony DVD-Rs? I don't remember. I only remember those white generic DVD-Rs which have crap quality and won't play PS2 games burned. There should be a few Sony DVD+Rs left in your room from the 100 stack I bought, but seriously we need to purchase some mroe. Edited by Caim, Jun 12 2008, 08:55 AM.

Yeah I bought some. Now that I think on it, I traded the Sony DVDRs with Daiketsu for his White DVDs so that I could burn shows onto it. But the Sony DVDRs are locked in his closet. I never have more than two downloads active at the same time, though I'm seeding some stuff since I don't want to be banned from the site I'm downloading all this from. The internet has always been funky for me no matter what. |

If you traded your white DVD-Rs and got the Sony DVD-Rs, why would he take the Sony DVD-Rs back and lock it in his closet? Or do you mean you used all the Sony DVD-Rs he gave you and he bought a different stack that he locked up. |

I don't think I have any of your DVD. The only reason I lock it because someone keep eating it. One time I accidentally left a 50 packs DVD outside, the very next day it was gone down to more then half. Think someone ate like 25 of it in 1 days Oh NOOOB SAIBOT I think my key is really gone. Maybe Cocoa ate it. Edited by Daiketsu, Jun 13 2008, 03:19 PM.
