So on Monday, we will be hitting the halfway point for gemstone dragons! I'm hoping for a pretty awesome dragon, especially excited for what it's egg and design will look like. Any guesses on what the combo will be? Mud seems to be a popular choice in the other thread and I agree completely.

That is the most unhelpful description by far on these dragons. Usually they make some reference that leads you to at least one parent, but I don't really deduce anything from this description. Ugh. This is going to be another tough one. Does anyone know what level this dragon is available at? Because if it's available at any level below 17, then we can eliminate metal dragons. |

The decoration description talks about miroid, which I have no idea what THAT hints at, and organic petrification which could be water carrying in minerals like iron or copper into organic tissue |

or chrome, along with copper and iron. Also, I dont know if tree would be an option due to the whole petrified wood thing. |

The description references invisible dragons. This really reminds me of their April Fools joke. They wouldn't use the Bloom Dragon would they? |

Wiki says it is available at level 14, so no metal parent. |

Maybe copper as one of the parents, I agree about the head looking a bit like baby copper. No idea where the colour would be from though, unless it's equinox, but surely that would be too cruel as not everyone has one? Just saw the level 14 bit, no idea then :s Edited by Sparkles, Oct 1 2012, 11:00 AM.

Thanks! I'm going to start with everyone's original guess which is Mud + Poison. Back in a few..... |

Too bad about no metal parents as I really need to turn that shrine and about the only way I will get it done is through fails ;~{ Btw, no way it will need Equinox as they only breed with suns or moons. |

I'm tring Water+Quake, but I think Current+Earth might be a possible solution too. |

I've been bouncing around Poison + different water and/or air hybrids. Trying Scorch + Mud now. |

I'm thinking Lava and and some water dragon. I searched opal on Wikipedia. Opals can contain anywhere from 3% to 21% water, and are found in rock fissures. Opals are condsidered to be firery, hence the lava. Maybe fog? It results in a possible Panlong and Rainbow, which is something Backflip seems to like doing. |
