NPCs, TIERS & salaries
NPCs
NPCs (Non-Player Characters) are fed-owned characters that are used to further storylines and ‘put over talent.’ PCs (Player Characters) get permission from management before using (to verify if they are being used properly, and to insure no double-booking, inconsistancies in the kay-fabe). Bios will be updated as storyline’s progress and alignments change. Most NPCs will be Tier 2 or below.

TIERS & Salaries
EVO follows a tier system. Not everyone is an Undertaker. Not everyone is a Zack Ryder. Tiers establish a PC & NPCs place on the card. Tier 4s usually beat Tier 3s. Tier 3s usually beat Tier 2s, and so on. Most PCs fall under Tier 4 (Upper-Card to Main-Event Talent), a rare few being elevated to Tier 5 (Legend). Also, the higher your Tier, the more valuable you are to the company and the higher your (imaginary) salary will be.

EVO is not making WWE money. Not every wrestler makes ‘‘John Cena money.’ Monitarily, EVO is on the level of a very high-end ‘indie fed.’ It is not WWE, but it is; however; based in Los Angeles, CA. It is more on the level a (properly-run) TNA. Below is a reference of how much your wrestler will earn under an EVO contract.
