Name: John Henry
Class: Lancer
Gender: Male
Alignment: Neutral Good
Age: Mid/Late Twenties
Personality: John is an honest, courageous man, if a bit idealistic. He'll always help someone in need, but he also tries to ensure they won't need his help in the future. Instead of giving a beggar money, he'd try to help them get a job. He believes that people are always good and do bad things only because of the circumstances. Though he never lets that be an excuse; if someone needs some sense knocked into them, he will be the first to do it. More than anything else, John hates laziness. While he doesn't blame people for being entitled, not doing anything with birthright will anger him.
Looks: John naturally stands at 6'6", but his working boots give him a few extra inches. He has brown hair and eyes, as would be expected with his dark skin. After a lifetime of farmwork and steel-driving, John developed a muscular build, covered in scars and scratches received through his rough training. John wears simple clothing in battle; denim overalls, leather workboots, no shirt. He still wears simple clothing outside of battle, but tends to try a more modern appearance.
Talents: Drinking, Farming, Singing
Likes: Honesty, Hard Work, Bravery, Western Foods
Dislikes: Dishonesty, Lazy People, Cowards, Machines, Video Games, Television
Strength: A
Endurance: B
Agility: B
Magic: E
Luck: C
Mana Pool: Master Prana Pool * 40 = Lancer Mana Pool.
Noble Phantasm: Spoiler: click to toggle Name: An Honest Man's Glory Title: Behold the Power of Humanity Owner: John Henry Type: Anti-Unit Rank: D Prana Used: 0 Description: The ability to overcome seemingly impossible circumstances through sheer force of will. If John is facing an enemy with activated stat boosting abilities John will win any tests of strength vs strength. Any stat boost is enough to activate this skill, be it in strength, endurance, magic, or otherwise, but John only gets a bonus in feats of strength vs. strength. If John strikes an enemy, John would receive no benefit as it's a test of strength vs endurance. However, if John and his enemy were bladelocked, John would win. Feats of strength vs strength are not limited to battle. If the test were to see who could lift more weights, John would still win.
Name: My Brother Title: The Hammer I was Born With, The Hammer I Died With Owner: John Henry Type: Anti-Unit Rank: E-EX Prana Used: 75 for piercing attack, 0 for summoning Description: John was born with this hammer and it never left his hands until death. The rank of this phantasm is equal to it's target's Endurance. For a cost, John can use his hammer to pierce armor or weapons, most useful for piercing Noble Phantasms. This does not go around or through it's target; the hammer breaks the object in the same manner one would expect of a hammer. Noble Phantasms and other Servant items are made of legend and prana, so they can be repaired within a few minutes. In order for John to pierce a phantasm, his hammer's rank must be equal to or greater than the target phantasm's rank. In other words, the enemy's endurance must be greater than the rank of their phantasm. John does not require any declaration to use his piercing attack, making it indistinguishable from a regular attack. As an extra, unrelated effect, John can summon his hammer regardless of it's previous location.
Name: Mountain Breaker Title: The Limits of a Mortal Owner: John Henry Type: Anti-Unit, Anti-Fortress Rank: B Prana Used: 1000 paid at the end of five posts Description: Once this phantasm is activated, John's body and clothes turn a steely gray and his hammer turns red, like sparks. Both glow with a golden light. For five posts, John's hammer cuts through the world like a hot knife through soft butter. John is able to smash through entire mountains with little effort, so piercing armor or phantasms isn't much more difficult. This phantasm lasts five posts. There is no activation cost, nor is there any maintenance cost. Instead, John must pay 1000 prana at the end of the five posts. If John lacks sufficient prana at the end of five posts, John dies. This could be considered an extension of My Brother's piercing ability, so many of the same rules apply. John's hammer still crushes defenses as opposed to ignoring them, and Noble Phantasms can still be repaired at a later time. However, while using this phantasm Rank is ignored; John can pierce any and all defenses. John does not have to pay any immediate cost to activate a piercing attack. Finally, while in this form John can crush physical objects, such as buildings. This phantasm is not solely a property of John's hammer, nor is it a skill John has acquired. This phantasm forms when John is wielding his hammer; were anyone else to lift My Brother, they would receive no benefit. Likewise, John would receive no benefit for wielding another weapon.
Skills/Abilities: Spoiler: click to toggle Battle Continuance: A At this rank, the Servant may battle even on the verge of death, and will stay alive until a clearly fatal blow is dealt.
Eternal Arms Mastership (Hammer): A At this rank, the Servant is able to utilize their full fighting ability even at the verge of death.
Eye of the Mind (True): A At this rank, the Servant is capable of calmly analyzing situations no matter the stress. As long as there is even a fraction of a percent's chance of victory, he or she is able to devise a plan to exploit that possibility.
Magic Resistance: E At this rank, the Servant cannot cancel spells but the damage taken from magic is lowered somewhat.
History: (I'm being lazy, but I'll probably do this later).
As always, I say please critique but I don't expect anyone to.
