How does it feel Lilly-mine. Lilly chuckled slightly, it was water after all, it had that nice fluid sensation and it clung to the gaps and form of her feet as she stood ankle deep in water, “It is dear as water should be, and oh how I love water”. A slight chuckle ran though her mind. It must have been early and no one should be down here at this hour, it was extremely early, and Lilly had not slept well, so to clear her mind she came for a walk along the waters. It always calmed her so much, the feeling and coolness, or warmth depending on where she was, back home the waters were bitterly cold, but she would rather spend the time in the water then actually on land, if you could only count the time she was allowed away from working she almost managed it.

Why are we out so early, I know you didn’t sleep well but what’s really bothering you Lilly-mine , Lilly continued walking slowly though the water pondering her reply, she knew what was wrong, but she had a hard time admitting it, You miss that queens one don’t you,, her dragon knew her about as well as she knew herself. She turned to look at the ceiling her beautiful green dragon imaged in her mind, smiling uneasily, she sighed and finally admitted to it, yes she missed her, more than her actually family, like they say, you can choose your friends, you’re stuck with your dragon and family. “yes, I miss her terribly, I wish I had not got so upset at her.” Lilly turned away and continued walking.

The thoughts of Magdela kept rolling though her mind, the only real friend she had had, and the only reason she had really gotten to be so close with her was because Magdela was so insistent on her talking to her, and trying to make her as social as she was, but, she would never feel comfortable around people, or at least she thought she never would, but then again, if it happened once, there wasn’t much reasoning to why it couldn’t happen again. For now, a long walk would have to soothe her mind and relax her some more.

There was a policy that B’net adopted, and he adopted it quiet well. Quite different from his brother really. Cernt was the sort of man who usually woke up in the afternoons and spent his day well into the nights. B’net however, was the sort who slept early and woke up early. At almost indecent hours to be honest. His Selith barely minded. The small green was by definition, a morning beastly. Well, she was also an afternoon dragon as well, or any other time of the day she was awake really. If the Green is up, she’s an active ball of energy, though nobody knows just how or where she gets that energy from.

That, however, did not explain just what B’net was doing in this particular tunnel. Admittedly, it wasn’t a very deep lake, but it wasn’t one of the tunnels that was regularly used. It didn’t really lead anywhere after all, outside of even more water and tunnels. Yet the Greenrider was here nonetheless, looking as if he was searching for something.

He won’twillnot be here you knowunderstandsee Minelovemine. He’s probably deeperlostfurther into the cavestunnelslakes than we are if he’s herethere at all. Selit’s voice permeated into his brain and the rider merely shrugged slightly, knowing that his dragon knew even without seeing it. In factsaysfact, I am speakingtalking to HelethGreenHeleth right now. She saystellssays that he’s in the kitchendininghalleatingplace right now, or at least heading there nowherenow. They had dutiesjobsthings to do this morningdaylight.

B’net sighed, shaking his head. Couldn’t his dragon have thought of telling him this before he had managed to get himself into these twisted tunnels? And as Selith pointed out that he hadn’t askedquestioned he looked up at the ceilings of the tunnels, taking note of the rocks and rough surfaces before he turned back. Only to stop as he heard somebody’s voice.
Strange. Nobody else was supposed to be here, but he supposed somebody with some free time on their hands might just wander along this tunnel. He stopped then, watching into the glow lit tunnel, seeing the light off the surface of the water and glowing slightly blue as it reflected from the walls.

Early mornings weren't exactly a normal thing for N'kar. In fact, this particular brownrider much prefered the night to the day. He liked the post-daylight peace better than the silence of early morning, among other reasons. And this morning was no exception. He was definitely not pleased to be trudging through tunnels at this hour. But still, it was something he felt he had to do. So with that thought in mind, the rider continued down various tunnels, letting his right hand trail along the wall as he went.

Just what was he doing awake so early anyway? It was by choice, that was for sure. A few days ago, N'kar had found himself thinking of his old home and how comfortable he had been there. He had grown up there, so he knew the place like the back of his hand. But this was home now, and the rider realized that he didn't know much about the layout of the place. There was a lot one could gain from knowing your way around a place as large as a weyr. Besides, N'kar had thought it would be a good idea to spend some time getting to know the place a bit better so he would feel a little more at home. When he had told this to Rhiunth, the brown dragon had agreed that it sounded like a good idea. The ever curious dragon had been having a blast with all the new places to explore here, so why shouldn't his rider have some fun as well?

N'kar laughed at that thought. Oh yes, this was fun. It would have been more fun if he hadn't chosen to do this so early in the morning.

'But N'kar Mine, it was you're idea to wake up early. You asked me to wake you up.' Rhiunth's voice prodded. The large dragon had been disappointed to learn that he couldn't go with N'kar, but he had obeyed his rider's orders without question, making N'kar promise that he would go with him to 'play' sometime soon.

No Rhiunth, I know it was my idea. I'm just tired is all. Don't worry about me.

Rhiunth was about to protest with his 'if I don't worry about you, who will? You hardly ever let yourself make friends' speech, but apparently thought better of it. And this was just as N'kar was noticing a change in the tunnel. It was a feeling like someone else was there. He didn't have to go far before he caught sight of at least one other person, maybe two. Quietly, the wingsecond was bout to turn and quietly slink back up the way he had come before they noticed him, but instead managed to hit a snag on the tunnel floor and gasp - rather loudly in the quiet that filled the tunnel- as he caught himself before he fell. Well now he'd done it. He couldn't very well get out of here without being noticed now.

Silence is one of those sounds that are impossible to describe, but you never miss. When bound to one of the mighty dragons of Pern, silence itself is almost impossible, for not only do you have your own thoughts, you have that of another, and in lillys case, she also had two miniature dragons, also filling her mind, so, silence wasn’t common, but this morning the silence was there, even the drops of water or her wading was unusually quiet. Maybe she had just gone too deep into her thoughts.

Having such silence makes any noise that breaks the silence immensely louder then would normally be, such as someone tripping on something. It took a moment for Lilly to snap back to her senses, quickly turning herself to the direction of the sound, letting out a gasp of her own, and as she did both her flits quickly blinked from whatever little hiding spot or investigative drop of water they had found, to Lillys side, as if ready to protect her from whatever might have startled her. At the same time Sirth had flooded Lillys mind with, ‘are you Okays?’ and ‘what happened?’ She didn’t answer her at first, she stood glaring into the area at which the sound had come from trying and figure who, or what had made the noise, and her sight wasn’t so great underground, so it was taking a moment.

What is it, can you see what it is, maybe it’s a, half, dragon-man-spider, with twenty three legs and forty two eye, she was cut off by a mindful ‘shush’, not that her being quiet would make Lilly see better. Ask who’s there! Lilly-mine.
''good idea'' , Lilly took a second to gain whatever confidence she could to do this, she wasn’t scared so much as she was scared that it was actually someone, and the she would have to talk to them or maybe even explain why she was here, regardless she called out, “H-hello?! Is any-anyone th-there” the nervousness in her voice quiet obvious. She stood there waiting for the reply of whomever, or in the off chance it was a whatever, was there.

There was a sound that sounded like a gasp then, and B’net knew for certain that there was somebody else there. His Green’s presence pressed into his mind, her excited voice rambling on about how they weren’t the only lonesomeones in this tunnelcavetunnel, and that B’nethersbonded should go and say hellohigreetings to them.
The rider sighed slightly, only to stop as another voice made itself clear. His brows furrowed slightly before he shook his head, heading towards the sound of that particular voice instead. The sight of a female rider, another Greenrider if he read her knots right, he blinked and then looked about for the other person. Still, in the tunnels with limited lighting except for those that came with the glows, it was hard to see anything at all really.

So instead, the Greenrider grunted once in a greeting towards the female rider before turning his attention back to the continuing tunnel, “Who do you think is there?”
Ah, right to the point per usual then. That was B’ne for you. Always to the point. There was never any beating around the bush or skirting around the issue with this man. Brutally honest too if asked for an opinion.

N'kar cringed at the clamour he had managed to make. That was just his luck. And now it was painfully obvious that there was indeed someone - no - two someones in this very tunnel with him. The normally shy brownrider wouldn't usually throw himself into conversation with strangers like this. No, if anything he would try to avoid them unless he had business with them, and even then he wasn't usually overly social with them. Rhiunth however, was finding much amusement in his rider's little trip. It meant N'kar would be forced to introduce himself as the brown was always urging him to do.

Straining his eyes to se as far into the tunnel as he could, the brownrider felt he was fairly close to the other people in the tunnel. Slowly, he inched forward until he felt he was sufficiently close enough to justify not screaming. Sighing, he waved a single hand in the air, just in case they could see him before he caught sight of them.

"I'm sorry, didn't mean to scare anyone." N'kar said, maybe a little quieter than he had intended. He had already completely destroyed the silence once afterall, he didn't exactly want to scare everyone out of their wits again, especially since it seemed one of them was at least a little startled.
"Just tripped is all."

Not only one, but there were two people in the cavern with her, what luck, she had come out to be alone and ended up finding more people in a single moment then she really wanted to talk to in a day. To be clear though, it’s not that she doesn’t want to talk because she’s cold hearted, she would just not know what to say, but maybe she should try, hopefully Sirth would help her here.

It was odd she hadn’t even noticed that there was someone there where the first voice came from the second was from the trip, which made sense now. She stood still in the water peering into it, Ask if he’s ok Lilly-mine, its only polite, she couldn’t deny that,
“Ar-are you al-alright?”, sure she could be a nervous wreck but she wouldn’t want someone hurt down here. A secondary thought popped into her head, “a-and, do you m-mind telling me wh-who is there, please?”, Maybe if it were people’s names she recognized from around the Weyr she might feel even more comfortable, probably not but it was worth a try.

B’net didn’t say anything to the other two Riders. He saw no need to. They seemed to be talking enough and getting to the point by themselves as is. The Greenrider didn’t seem too disturbed at all, merely… just… there. In his head, his Green rambled on and on about the nice day that was the day. The light filtering through the entrances of the Weyrbowl as the day started to get brighter. Wasn’t it nice after all?

The rider however, remained silent. Just watching them as he stood there. The dim lighting of the tunnes didn’t seem to bother him, nor was the water lapping at his ankles. In fact, the large man merely slouched there as he did everywhere else. He had nothing to go do at the moment, so… he just stood there with the other two in the same tunnel, doing nothing but just… standing and watching.

"I'm fine." N'kar spoke sitffly, bordering on formally now. It was his reasoning that said that if he played this right, he could still slink off without having to get too involved. But that was just how N'kar was most of the time. Knowing his dragon, Rhiunth would probably manage to find a way to get him to stay down there longer though. The brown had a way of somehow managing to get his rider into situations like this, and he always seemed to find a way to do it without even being noticed. Well, two could play at that game. Rhiunth wouldn't get the satisfaction if N'kar stayed on his own account. Up in their weyr, Rhiunth was laughing smugly to himself.

"I'm prefectly fine, thanks. I didn't actually fall, just made a lot of noise tripping." N'kar had now joined the other two people in the water. He hadn't been expecting a lake in the cave, but sure enough there it was.

"Name's N'kar," He introduced himself, offering a hand to the other people. "Rider of brown Rhiunth. And who might you be?" N'kar hadn't recognized the voices of the people so he doubted he knew either of them. Of course, he wasn't exactly sure of this. It wasn't like they were talking up a storm in here. It was possible that he knew at least one of them. And even if he didn't, maybe they might recognize Rhiunth. That brown could get around, he knew.

Lilly was glad to hear that the rider was ok; it made a smile come to her lips just briefly. She stood quiet still while he explained himself, trying to ignore the ramblings of her Sirth in her head, who was urging her to go and talk to the brown rider. After the rider spoke his name she actually question Sirth ’do you remember a brown Rhiunth’
'Hmm there aren’t many browns here so, I’m almost certain I’ve seen him just do not remember the name off the top of my head’, ‘hmm’ she thought to herself, she also considered that there was another person her but if he didn’t want to talk she wouldn’t push him into anything , she had a feeling it was better not to push him into it.

“S-sorry, my name? Uh, Lillium, but j-just L-lilly is fine,” she noticed that the man was holding his hand out, assumable to say it’s ok and probably won’t bite, ’Sirth he wants me to go over to him I think, what should I do?’
‘Go over there silly-Lilly-mine you know it’s what the queens one would make you do’, Lilly hesitated a little before actually starting to approach the man, and also letting off a quiet grumble, she wasn’t really in her comfort box right at the moment but she really didn’t feel completely out of it, maybe Magdela had worn off on her more then she realized. “P-par…” she sighed and then picked up where she left off, “Pardon my n-noseyness, but, c-can I ask, what your d-down here for?”

MineB’netBonded, introduce yourselfoursevlesmeyou. Selit’s voice pressed into his head as the both the Brownrider and Greenrider spoke up. N’kar of Brown Rhiuth and Lily then. No, he didn’t think he recognized either of them, and there was rarely a chance that his Selith knew them either. The Green had the same memory capacity as her size really. She barely remembered those she doesn’t regularly interact with, and the Brown Rhiuth certainly wasn’t one of them. As for Lily, she hadn’t even named her dragon, so unlikely chance there.
So the large man merely shrugged, watching as Lily approach the Brownrider without much of a care. She was already taking care of the talking after all. Her and N’kar, so there was no point in him interjecting anything. Yet, as Selit’s voice rolled over his head again, he sighed somewhat, slumping over even more, if that was possible.

As he spoke, his voice was rough, probably from the lack of proper use, “B’net of Green Selith. It was an interesting meeting you two.” There was no insult meant, but if there was one thing that B’net did, it was to tell the truth. He certainly wasn’t pleased to meet them, so it certainly hadn’t been a pleasure. It was merely just interesting was all. After all, not everybody wandered into the lesser used tunnels outside of Cernt. It was far too easy to get lost here after all, with the complex tunnel systems. Still, each to their own.
He rather doubted that any of the two were actually interested in his own reasons for being down here, and that was just as well. He had no actual interest in what they were doing here either. To him, they were simply just here. As long as nobody got hurt, they could wander off as much as they want. It really wasn’t any of his business. He certainly wasn’t going to be making it his business either.

Lillium and B'net... No, the riders' names didn't sound familiar to N'kar, not that that would surprise anyone that knew him. Chances are that if they weren't in his wing, they weren't family, and he had no other reason to know them, he wouldn't. That was generally the way he tried to keep things, despite his overly-social dragon. Rhiunth, on the other hand, made it somewhat of a personal mission to get to know as many other dragons as possible. N'kar always found it funny that they should be the perfect match for eachother as rider and dragon, but they were. There wasn't a dragon N'kar had met yet that he felt would have fit with him better then his brown, and Rhiunth always knew deep in his being that N'kar was His and he would never have chosen any other candidate.

Rhiunth, you wouldn't happen to know a Selith would you? Or maybe a dragon with a rider by the name of Lillium? N'kar inquired. Rhiunth ran through a list of names of dragons he knew, occasionally throwing in a name from their old weyr, but soon came to the conclusion that he hadn't yet met them.
'I don't recall either of them, Mine. I'll have to go meet them sometime.' The brown responded, to which N'kar only chuckled softly and shook his head.

"Well then Lilly, B'net. Nice to meet you both." N'kar said, throwing in a smile as he did so. Neither of them seemed overly unpleasant, though that B'net didn't seem like much of a talker. Well then, we've got more in common than he would know.

Lilly's stuttering caught the attention of the wingsecond and curiousity overrode anything else at the moment, but he pushed the question off for a while.
"Not at all. I'm just trying to get to know the weyr a little better. See, I grew up in my old weyr, spent my whole life there. I knew that place like the back of Rhiunth's neck. It's weird not knowing my surroundings as well anymore, so I was hoping to feel a little more at home if I explored a bit and knew these tunnels a little better." The rider answered, trying to sound casual. "You don't mind if I ask the same of you?" The question was directed mostly at Lillium, but a questioning look was thrown in B'net's direction as well.

Lilly-mine, if I’m not mistaken you’r smiling, which would make it that your enjoying this…. It was true, Lilly was smiling, but she wasn’t going to admit she was enjoying it, the butterflies in her stomach were too much for her to really bear too long, it made her nauseous, she was always afraid she would say something that would make a fool of herself, or just embarrassment would set in and she would turn red, and despite how hard she tried, if she kept talking it would happen sooner or later. Hush my peanut gallery, I’m trying here as you mentioned … Maggie would be proud.

Lilly bowed slightly to each rider as they introduced themselves, “it, is al-also nice to m-meet you”, she eventually stopped at about ten or so feet from N’kar, to her he seemed like a decent enough person, as far as you could get from an introduction, the other rider seemed a bit short, and not very interested despite his words.

Lilly listened to N’kar as he explained his reasons for being down here, they seemed very logical, at least to her, being aware of surroundings can add to that feeling of home, if you don’t know where you are, you feel lost, and home doesn’t fit with lost. Lilly was caught off a little when he asked her the same question. “uh um, uhh , me? Uh i-I” she coughed to recompose herself, “I-i’m here, just taking a walk, I-“ she turned to face the water, “I found the water, and it just took me. Uh th-that is … I really l-like the w-water and I, um was just um…” ‘CODFOUNDIT!’ she thought to herself why can’t she be like every other person on Pern. She took a breath and look up grinning with a kind of surprised look on her face “…sorry”, she wasn’t really sure why she was sorry, but it was the only thing she could seem to think of at that exact moment.

He nodded at the Brownrider though, when he caught that questioning glance. Then he shrugged ever so slightly, the movement of his broad shoulders easily missed in this dim lighting.
“Looking for a Greenrider named Cernt,” and once more, right to the point. He was a brutally honest man, after all. Just as before, he wasn’t really pleased to meet them, but he hadn’t been displeased either. If he had been, he would have said so.

Now, however, his interest was… just not there anymore. He was simply just watching now. Nothing to be said, nothing to be done, not by him anyways. He had no other duties other than to find Cernt to remind his brother of it… But Cernt seemed to be on top of that himself right now. So he merely just stood there and let his mind wander for a while.

Then, he blinked, hearing something else, the sounds of footsteps in water from… deeper into the caves? Indeed, from another one of the tunnels where the water went deeper, he blinked as another came tumbling into the scene. They stopped there as they noticed the other three, and B’net noticed the tension about their shoulders as they just stood there.

Brown eyes met his own, a rather tensed and weary gaze against his calm one. He nodded slightly in a greeting towards her, taking note of the way she held herself. As if she was ready to fight of run at any given moment. After a moment however, she returned that nod, choosing to focus her attention onto the other two instead. The slight shifting of her weight brought her knots into sight for one moment, but it was long enough for B’net to pick it up.
A Bluerider. So, one of the Timers then. Though, not everybody would notice. If he hadn’t seen it in her eyes, he might have thought her a boy after all.

The name Cernt didn't ring any bells with N'kar either, but this still wasn't anything new to him. Even in his old weyr the brownrider hadn't been overly social with those he didn't immediately work with. The only reason he knew so many people and so many people knew him was because he had lived there all his life. The rider shook his head.
"If it helps at all, I haven't run into anyone else down here." N'kar shrugged. B'net probably knew that already, and even if he hadn't, it wasn't like N'kar had been searhing for anything.
"Sorry I wasn't any help with that."

Laughing, N'kar hoped that maybe acting a little more friendly would help Lilly relax a little. Maybe B'net would even open up a little, thought the longer they stood here, the less likely that was beginning to seem. But still, Lilly's stuttering was becoming more noticable. N'kar raised a concerned eyebrow in her direction.
"No need to be sorry..." He assured, a little unsure himself of what to do. He could feel the mental pressure of Rhiunth weighing on his mind. No doubt he was making sure N'kar wasn't trying to slink off now.
"Are you alright Lilly?" N'kar finally asked. She did seem a little flustered, though with the way she'd been speaking he wouldn't blame her. He knew that if he were to be stuttering that badly, he probably wouldn't be much better.

It was then that the brownrider caught the sound of more movement in the water.
Great, more people... Because two just wasn't enough. the rider sighed. Rhiunth was monitering him curiously now. It wasn't often something like this happened, so the brown was interested to see how his rider would handle it. Sure enough, another person came out of another of the tunnels. They weren't expecting to run into such a large group here from the looks of their expression. Managing to catch sight of their knots, N'kar saw that they were a bluerider. Yet another rider he hadn't met. He was getting quite the introduction today.

Nodding in their direction, N'kar gave a slight wave in greeting to the newest arrival.

Lilly chuckled along nervously, not really sure what to make of the situation, but the name Cerent rang a bell for some reason. A slight mental jolt from Sirth reminded her that he was in her wing, but she knew nothing of his current location. She focused her attention on trying to figure out the best course of action. She didn’t want to seem rude but she wanted to get away and back to being alone, but, was it REALLY that bad talking to these people, they both seemed nice enough and hadn’t made any comments about her nervous stuttering. For now she would stay.

A mental note came into her mind as she chuckled along with N’kar, He isn’t being rude Lilly-mine, he is trying to make you feel more comfortable
How do you know?, she didn’t really get a reply of sorts just, just a feeling of comfort from her dragon, giving her just a little bit of a boost to her confidence and that awful feeling in her stomach. “I-I’m sorry, f-for stuttering s-so badly” a nervous smile appeared on Lillys lips, a look that if it spoke would say she felt she was letting someone down, “I-… I’m … not … the… best … at talking… to people…” a sigh of relief came next, “that is… I don’t really mind talking to people I just don’t do very well because I get these funny butterflies feelings in my stomach and they just make me feel worse and I can’t help it ………. Oops.” It was a rather long run on sentence and she really knew that too, she was turning a bit red now. She had gone from a stuttering mess, which is one extreme of her nervousness when talking, to the other which was one long run on sentence.

At that moment it appeared there was someone else in there, ‘good’ went though her mind, it would give them something else to focus on while she gathered her thoughts, and tried to make a sentence that actually had a breath in it. The extra person that came around the corner though was curious, to Lilly at lease, she seemed familiar to her, but she had never seen her before, especially seeing as she were a blue rider. One of the timers it seemed, maybe if she could just stand there and let them do the talking she could acquire some interesting information, without a second thought though Lilly somehow managed to mouth a quiet “who’s that?”, before gasping as if she done something wrong, smiling nervously again now.

B’net didn’t seem at all bothered by the stuttering. Even as he turned away from the Bluerider who merely stood there, tensed and silent, and returned his attention to the other two instead. He wondered briefly then, just who the Bluerider was.

Selit came barging into his mind then, going on in the way that she usually did. She wonderedthoughtpondered just how manyofthem were goingtogoing to mistakenthinkguess that this Blueriderbondedrider was a maleguyboy. B’net supposed she had a point there. It was rather hard to tell in that outfit, and especially in this light.

The Bluerider merely tensed over even more when waved to. And when spoke about, they seemed as if they were getting ready to either flee or to fight. B’net recognized those signs, that slight change in posture, even in the dark and he couldn’t see her weary expression. So he grunted slightly, speaking up seeing as how the other two didn’t seem to know just how to deal with this girl just yet. Or was aware that they needed to other than just a greeting.
“We mean you no harm,” he spoke, his raspy voice carrying well, “And you mean us none.”

The Bluerider shifted slightly, stepping closer wearily. Neatly kept outfit. Straight and crisp appearance that was more masculine than feminine. They nodded at B’net then, seeming to sense that he, at least, was no danger to them. Still, the other two, the other two they can’t tell.

The large Greenrider wondered just what it was that made this particular rider so weary. So instead, he shrugged a shoulder and grunted once more, “Name’s B’net. Green’s Selith.”

The Bluerider’s eyes kept on the other two, though they did speak, far too softly to distinguish anything other than the words though. “I know you. Your dragon confused the sharding between out of the Brown I’m familiar with just yesterday.”
B’net’s brows furrowed slightly, “Ah. That large one? Ah.”
The Bluerider nodded, keeping their eyes on the rest of the group still, “What about those two?”
B’net shrugged, allowing the other two to introduce themselves or not as they saw fit.

N'kar shook his head quickly, feeling a little sorry for Lilly. He had never really been fond of meeting new people himself, but poor Lilly here seemed to be having a muchharder time. In a way, it actually helped the brownrider a bit because he was more worried about freaking her out than about making himself look stupid. It used to be the other way around, he was afraid. Though lately he seemed to be doing better with that.
Rhiunth's fault I'm sure...
"Don't worry about it, you're fine." He said, trying to help her feel a little less nervous about it. A friendly smile accompanied his words. He had no idea whether or not it was working though, and the rider was starting to run out of ideas. At the same time, he felt a little bad about ignoring B'net somewhat, but the man didn't seem overly put off by the fact that he wasn't an immediate part of the conversation. In fact, it almost seemed like this was about as far into the conversation as he intended to get.

Rhiunth, I have no idea what else to say now! This is terrible, I should have just apologized and left. N'kar was starting to worry himself again now. Rhiunth didn't seem bothered by what was going on though.
'Calm down Mine. It isn't as bad as you think. Ask the Lilly one who her dragon is. I am curious and the change of subject might help.' N'kar couldn't argue with that.

"Lilly, you know I didn't happen to catch the name of your dragon." N'kar said, hoping Rhiunth's suggestion would work.

The bluerider now, there was something different entirely. They were a bluerider afterall, so naturally N'kar assumed they were male. Something seemed slightly off about that somehow, but he ignored it. There was something almost animal about the way they were acting too. It was almost as if they were afraid of being hurt or something. That was entirely absurd of course. N'kar would never hurt a person intentionally unless it was in defense, and he would swear to it. The man doubted he even looked the type that would hurt someone. For whatever reason though, this rider seemed to not believe that.

Then the bluerider started talking. It was quiet, and even in the dead silence that came with being in the caves, N'kar could only hear the barely audible hum that indicated that someone was speaking. B'net heard them apparently though, as the greenrider responded to what they said. Feeling it was probably best to introduce himself as it seemed this new arrival would be staying with them for at least a few more moments, N'kar inched a tiny bit closer.

"I'm N'kar of brown Rhiunth." He offered out to the bluerider. "You... You don't have to be afraid of us."

A friendly smile, seeming so familiar but so distant at the same time, thoughts flashed back to when she first met Magdela, it could only make Lilly smile back shyly, if all the people she had met were like this she probably would have the trouble she had now, or at least not to the degree she had now, she took another step towards the Brown rider, she was trying to make a safety zone for herself, which usually included hiding behind people, rocks, furniture, or anything that blocked a view , she probably wouldn’t need it here, but better safe than sorry.

“heh, oops,” shamefully she had to concede to the fact that she had reluctantly forgot about her dragon despite the fact that she had been sitting there coaching her though this conversation, “her-her name is Sirth, sh-shes a gre… en … green…” she nodded in approval of her sentence, “she’s, m-more of a, black, ish, though, h-her, g-green, is so dark… s-she is al-almost invisible, at n-night time.” Her dragon really wasn’t really a stand out dragon so she really didn’t expect them to remember her Sirth at all.

Lilly might have been imagining it, but she was almost certain that N’kar stuttered, it was anywhere near as obvious as hers, but, she was certain, wasn’t she? ‘Did you hear, him, Sirth’
‘Hear what Lilly-mine?’
‘I swear I heard him stutter,’
’I don’t think you imagined it Lilly-mine,’, well if she had heard it, and Sirth had heard it too, it must have been true, unless her mind was just playing tricks on her, but she didn’t want to believe that for the moment.

Her attention turned to the blue rider, trying to smile her most confidently, she nodded to the blue rider to also let her know that she were in agreement with the other too riders, and that she would be fine, with them, Lilly figured it was actually a she, must have been woman’s intuition, it still seemed a little odd looking at a woman who rode a blue, these were changes that they all would have to get used to.

At that moment one of Lillys Flits decided it was done exploring, and came drawling back to her, she grabbed a hold to it as it tried to find a way inside her shirts, the other had came back as well but had found something more interesting to explore, there were more people here now, and one had drawn his attention more than anything, he decided the blue rider would be interesting to go and explore. He took off at such a speed though that it startled Lilly, for a second, making her jump and try to grasp at him, “Xenth!” she cried, taking a step towards him forgetting she was stood in water the movement of her foot was extremely slow, throwing her off balance, sending her crashing to the water.

B'net said nothing, but he did give the Brownrider a warning glance. Neither he nor the other Greenrider was helping the situation any. In fact, this sort of situation was best not to be touched at all. He recognized the signs of that aggression, knew from where it stemmed and he stepped back, shaking his head at both of them.

Too late now though, as N'kar stepped forwards, the Bluerider had tensed over. Hands darting down to her side, eyes narrowing as she hissed. This time, her voice was clear and all together quite feminine. There was no mistaking her gender now as she tensed over, her hand still by her side.
B'net knew just what she was doing, and he spoke up as well, his rough tone carrying through the tunnels. "Let it be and back off," he intoned.

He didn't explain, they wouldn't understand anyways. Or at least, he doubted they would. They've never watched somebody suffer from the same sort of situation as he had. That same look in her eyes that said that, yes, she was a cornered animal, but she was a dangerous cornered animal. That was the look when the prey becomes the predator, and as if to prove his point, she shifted her weight to crouch slightly. A pose that indicated that she was ready to either attack or to run, most likely the former at this point.
"You're safe here you know?" he spoke once more, turning his head slightly. The Bluerider merely narrowed her eyes, jerking her head towards the closest one of them, that being N'kar.

B'net nodded, repeating the words once more, "Back off."

The Bluerider's eyes were fixed upon N'kar now, weary and tensed still. Poised at the ready. That was when B'net was the one to ask the question, the one to first speak being being prompted by others or the situation.
"Who are you rider and who made you?"

"Lihana," she spoke, her tones falling to that quiet hushed sound again, "of Blue Jevenoth... And many people made me. Far too many to name them all. All whom I was raised amongst and who raised me."
B'net nodded, "We are not them."

The Greenrider had no doubt that the others were probably confused and all together lost now. They probably didn't understand anything else of the conversation other than the Bluerider's introduction of herself and her dragon. The Bluerider whom was edging away from them all now, back into the shadows, eyes still fixed upon N'kar.
"You are not. I can sense that, but they... They I do not know. They feel the same as the others, and the others had never been kind."

"We are riders Lihana. We will you no harm," he spoke calmly. And her attention finally went to him, her hand by her side flexing slightly.
"Riders are not always kind either B'net. And just because you mean none does not mean that you will cause none."
Still, another flex of her hand and she lowered it revealing just what she had been gripping just now, though she remained in that crouched position, now located firmly away from the others. B'net noted that she had placed himself in between her and the other two, straightening his shoulder to his full height for once, something quite impressive, and facing the other two. His back to her, she finally seemed to relax, though not completely. Still, at least she had moved her hand away from her knife.

B'net's tone was soft then, his deep voice echoing slightly in the lack of clarity. "To approach an injured animal is a very unwise thing to do," he told N'kar.
"To approach an injured anything is a stupid thing to do," the Bluerider behind him added, now seeming more at ease.

"I do not... tr-trust easily," she explained, her attention going from B'net's back to N'kar to Lily. "N-never one to k-know." She was stuttering it seemed as she wrung her hands together. The sharp edge around her just now was gone, replaced with somebody who was merely weary of strangers again.

N'kar continue to smile warmly at Lilly. She seemed to be warming up at least a little. He wasn't quite sure if it was his doing, or the more likely option that it was the fault of her dragon. The rider wouldn't complain either way. He nodded a slight encouragement at her as she managed to give out the name of her dragon. That name didn't seem to be one he had herd before either. A quick confirmation from Rhiunth and he was sure he hadn't met even her dragon before. Not that Rhiunth was going to let this go for long. As far as the brown was concerned, N'kar meeting another rider was an excuse for him to go meet their dragon as soon as he should get the chance. N'kar relayed this message on, laughing.
"Don't be surprised if poor Sirth finds herself being bothered by an overly annoying brown in the near future." He warned lightly. "Rhiunth has a thing about meeting dragons." He shrugged then, letting the statement speak for itself.

The reaction of the bluerider startled N'kar, who quickly backed up a few paces. He hadn't moved that far forward in the first place. In fact, he had only slid his right foot forward about an inch or so. He hadn't expected the rider to react the way they had. In the process, the brownrider had grabbed up Lilly from where she had fallen in the water and pulled her back with him. This wasn't exactly common practice for him, and he deeply hoped that Lilly understood and would forgive him for intruding on her 'personal space'. His personality was one that required him to help out when someone needed it, but at the same time he was trying to protect her from whatever this bluerider might do. He wasn't about to let her get hurt for his mistake.

Rhiunth was much more alert now, aggitated by the quick turn of the situation. He was slightly worried for his rider, but had a feeling he could take care of himself. Besides, it wasn't like the large brown could do anything about it anyway. He couldn't fit into the tunnel, so as much as he hated to admit it, he would have to watch from the sidelines. It was tough for him. Rhiunth would jump to N'kar's aid even when his rider didn't need it.

N'kar had obviously made a mistake. He had never had any intention of doing harm to the bluerider, and he understood that it was stupid to approach a cornered animal. In his mind, he hadn't gotten that close. Still, he supposed that if it had been enough to get the bluerider worked up, it had been too much. He eyed them wearily then, glad he hadn't accidentally gotten anyone hurt.

"I-I am sorry, Lihana. I never meant you any harm. I see that you do not wish to be approached. You don't have to trust me if you don't want, but I do hope you understand that I would never hurt another r-rider." N'kar apologized, the intense situation sounding clear in his voice. Yes, he was stuttering now too, a little more than before. He was nervous, and he was hanging back close to Lilly. She at least, he felt he could trust for now.

Lilly stayed in the water for a moment fortunately it was only shallow and so really didn’t make too much of a mess of her appearance, she kind of stared into the water though for a moment, not even realizing that there were others around for a moment, and when her daze was broken it took her a moment to realize that she had been grabbed and lifted out of the water. She whispered to herself a single word “Zenth?”, it wasn’t loud enough for anyone to hear, but she had that feeling that her brother had picked her up, just like when she were small, but it snapped back to her as the voice of N’kar came though the air, she had a look of confusion for a moment then finally managed to regain herself, remembering she had fallen over.

She took a defensive position behind N’kar, rather ashamed of what she thought, her flit had caused, she hid behind him like some small child would hide for some large and overbearing and maybe yelling adult, and all she could think that it was her fault, and now N’kar was defending her, the feel of water had really made her go a bit silly in the function of her brain, maybe now would be a good time to leave?

’sirth, I need to leave, what should I do I’m so confused’
‘I think you do need to leave as well Lilly-mine I can feel your agitating from here, but make the other one come with you, he seems to be much like you and you might find you are much more alike than might think’, the though made Lilly a bit uncomfortable, she couldn’t bear to ask N’kar to leave with her, but then again if she had caused the trouble she would have an excuse to get him out of the trouble, the whole time she stood there, on top of that, she couldn’t thank him and apologies at the same time ‘what do I ask him’ she stood there with a back to him looking at the wall in front of her listening to what was going on ‘Just ask him if he will walk with you back to me,’.

Lilly turned back around to the back of N’kar hiding mostly behind him still, it wasn’t very hard he was much larger then her, so peered out to the others, loking briefly to B’net and then to Li, she would have to remember that Li isn’t a very approachable person, and make sure that Sirth knew that too. Lilly cleared her throat, and tried her best to summon the courage to say what she wanted to say, and after lightly tugging on the arm of N’kar to get his attention… “M-maybe, we should leave?” it was all she could really manage without the stomach of butterflies, but the words and the way were spoke, was in a way that she didn’t want to leave alone.

B'net watched everything happening with a mild interest. He was, after all, a man who had been through his own share of troubles and unexpected situations. One of the senior riders around here even, and so he merely watched as Lihana eyed N'kar almost wearily.
The Bluerider wasn't relaxed, but she had moved away from her crouched position now. Instead, her attention seem to drift in between the Brownrider to the other Greenrider, watching them almost carefully. The Bluerider seemed to sense something however, as she relaxed. Her fingers rested upon the hilt of her knife, not in a ready gesture, but in the way one might fiddle with their belt when they were trying to get used to a situation. Something, B'net knew, had changed.

And Lihana knew it well. That look of fear. She's seen it far too many times after all, so the Greenrider, at least, was no threat. Not unless Lihana went near to her, but the Bluerider had no wishes to be near that one. Or any of the others here. So instead, she fixed her attention on N'kar instead, her voice an almost low hiss at his words, "Those who say that they will do you no harm tends to be the ones who do."
Her free hand flexed slightly, and whatever stutter that her voice had dropped in the heat of her words. "That one," she gestured at B'net, "I know won't attempt anything. He is beasts upon the fields that humans hunt. And her," she jerked her head at Lilly, "Her. She has that same fear of harm as the little ones back in the colony that others prey upon."
Her eyes narrowed slightly, "And you."

She stopped, staring at him before straightening and merely shrugging, "You're about as unsure as a flitter half between." She laughed somewhat sharply then, "If you ever lived in the times that I had, you would be one of those who tormented me." She shrugged slightly then, rolling her shoulders back.
Then she simply seemed somewhat distracted, as if listening to something not there. Her dragon probably. Jevenoth's voice soothing over her as she finally relaxed as much as she could with three strangers.
"Hmp, still, I suppose you wouldn't draw the wrath of another dragon upon your own," another pause, then a somewhat skeptical arch of her eyebrows as she spoke softly. "You're speaking with her now?"
Supparith often speaks to all dragons.

And indeed, the Gold was prodding about for the mind of these other three riders now. The first she found was the rather hyper Green, and Selith's version of the events as far too condensed for her. She barely understood what the Green was saying at any given time, and this time around at night, she really didn't have the full awareness she needed to converse with Selith.
So instead, she prodded Sirth's mind next, her voice sliding over to the Green.
Sirth, and it seemed that Supparith knew well the name of the dragons in the Weyr, Something is happening down in the tunnels is it not? Something yours is a part of. Along with Selith's and Rhiunth's. Is everything alright?

Lihana's words stung N'kar. He had no idea what the bluerider was talking about. Obviously she was a Timer, so he had no dobt she had grown up differently than he had. He felt sorry for her, in a way. He didn't let it show though. He wondered what had happened in her time that had made her who she was, so distrustful and defensive. No, she could take care of herself. N'kar hardly thought he would ever be one to torment anyone, no matter where he was. In fact, usually he prefered to leave people to themselves. He shook his head, obviously confused. There wasn't anything he could think of to say. It seemed she had made up her mind about him.

N'kar looked weary now, tired. He sighed. He wanted to leave. He wanted this day to leave his memory already, and the sun wasn't even up yet. "I don't suppose there's anything I could say to you or show you to change that opinion, is there?" N'kar looked back over his shoulder at Lilly, but she was facing away from him now. The poor girl. She shouldn't have had to get stuck in the middle of all this.
"I do hope you can forgive me, Lihana. I am not those that tormented you, whoever they are." He shrugged, a little half-heartedly.

A light tug on his arm and N'kar turned around. He had almost missed it. Lihana was distracted now, most likely by her dragon, and B'net had been there this whole time, just watching. The brownrider looked down at Lilly, apologies clear in his expression.
"Leave?" The question took a minute to register, but he was more than glad to comply. He nodded his agreement. "That's probably a good idea." It seemed she wanted someone to go with her, and N'kar was happy to have a reason to leave. If for nothing else - and there was no doubt plenty of else going on - his boots were soaked through. He turned back to the other two riders then, and inhaled quietly.

"In any case, I think it's about time Lilly and I take our leave. I hope you both don't mind." N'kar said calmly. He nodded to B'net and Lihana in turn, then slowly turned to leave. He moved up beside the young greenrider that had been behind him, smiling kindly at her. "Thanks Lilly." He whispered, almost inaudibly. The quiet he moved with now was in stark contrast to the commotion he had caused upon entering the tunnel as he began to leave with Lillium.

Rhiunth, I'm coming back up with Lilly now. We're ok. How about you meet us in the bowl? the rider contacted Rhiunth directly for the first time since these things started going down. The news was more than welcomed by the large brown dragon.

'I am glad N'kar Mine. I would be glad to wait for you by the tunnel entrance. You know, whatever went on down there alerted Gold Supparith. She's been trying to contact all of us. I believe she is speaking with Green Sirth now.' The brown's voice was full of relief, but that last bit bothered N'kar. He sighed loudly.
'N'kar Mine, I am glad you are alright.' This made N'kar smile then.
I know you are, Rhi. I'm glad too.

Lilly watched as the scene unfolded, trying to understand Lihana, which she knew she couldn’t even fathom, the whole different time period was impossible to understand. She felt sorry for N’kar after listening to Lilhana, she didn’t feel that he was someone who would hurt someone, she didn’t think bad of Lihana, maybe one day they would all understand each other but for now she was glad she would have someone to leave with.

She bowed to the two riders that they would be leaving but saying nothing, and following N’kar. Lilly paused momentarily as she heard N’kar thanking her, she wasn’t sure what it was for and it would have to go on the list of questions that she had collected since they had arrived in the tunnels and Li had appeared, she took one final glance back before disappearing into the tunnels with N’kar, ‘what are you doing Sirth?’
I am Talking with Queen Supparith, are you coming to me Lilly-mine
’ Yes dear, I will be coming at least somewhere where you’ll be able to come and be able to come and see me’
’Awesome, will I be able to meet this new person you have met?!’
‘we … will see let me get to the weyr bowl first and I’ll let you know
’ Alright I will meet you in the Weyr bowl once I am released by Queen Supparith , Lilly smiled knowing her dragon was excited to see her again and that she would soon be in a more comfortable position, although she really didn’t feel as bad as she expected …

Mean while! Sirth had been talking with her Queen, she was initially shocked that the queen had come to specifically but she would not be rude, she had been told and taught from Lilly that rudeness often caused more trouble than it was worth, also the green had no reason to be ill mannered to her gold Good day my queen, please allow me to explain everything that has transpired. It stated with my Lilly-mine in the tunnels below the Weyr, she was just going for a walk she couldn’t sleep well, she met a Brown Rhiunth’s and green Selith’s, soon after Blue Jevenoth’s arrived, they each greeted one another, then from what I can tell brown Rhiunth’s, took a single step towards Selith’s and Jevenoth’s, this is when his became very defensive towards Lilly-mines and Rhiunth’s, I do not believe that Rhiunth’s, would do anything towards Jevenoths, despite Jevenoth’s feelings towards him, they had just met, and he help my Lilly-mine as she tripped into the water, and he helped her up… that is about the fully story my queen. .
