Well good job Lilly, you seem to have either upset, or slightly annoyed you Weyr leader, and you haven’t even been here for more than a month-ish. Lilly pondered as she walked back away from the council rooms, how she got herself into certain situations like this, but at least she was sure where she could go for advice and some helpful cheering up. ’ Sirth, where is Rhiunth, I’m sure you have hunted him down by now?
’Dear Lilly-mine why do you think I would know that!’ Lilly smiled to herself as the tone came across her mine, one of mischief and playfulness, ’Because you like him so much, that you tend to track his every move, I’m surprised he hasn’t ran off because your kind of creepy .’, a scoff can across mentally, ’I’m sure if you really try you can find him…’ well duh, that was obvious but wouldn’t it be easier for Sirth to just tell her? Moving on Lilly move towards the Weyr bowl, at least there she could get a better look around the Weyr corridors tend to not be very good vantage points.

As she walked into the bowl, she wasn’t really surprised to find Sirth there, and, funny enough there was also a brown, draconic shape, which is also known as, Rhiunth, she paused exiting into the Bowl, taking a breath and smiling at the two dragons. Sirth had basically gone to find Rhiunth as soon as she had gone following N’kar off. Lilly started off down towards the two dragons slightly smiling, being very unlike herself, but its Rhiunth, and she loves him, so her outward expressions are a lot less shy.

“It figures you would be right beside him,” she patted the side of her dragon as she walked up to her, and then turned to Rhiunth, “and good morning Rhiunth,” she didn’t expect any reply from him audibly, but she knew what he would say anyways. She snuggled slightly against Sirth while she thought about how to word what she needed, or rather what she wanted to do. “Um, Rhiunth, did Sirth tell you what happened?” Sirth hadn’t up to that point and she let Lilly know that she had in actual fact, not. “Ok, apparently, she hasn’t, I think I managed to get into trouble with the Weyrleader, and I need some advice, would you mind me sticking around with you until, Nekarian comes out of his meeting?”

It really shouldn't have come across as a surprise to anyone that knew the brown that he could be found lounging in the bowl, not far from the tunnels that lead off to the chamber containing his rider. His was in a meeting there afterall, and because the dragon was much too large to fit in there with him, he would have to settle with waiting it out as close as he could get. He was there with N'kar mentally of course, but he still prefered to be around his rider physically as much as possible.

Rhiunth had no idea how long he would be waiting there, but he was perfectly content to sit there alone as long as it took. This hadn't turned out to be the case though, as - much to his surprise - he had been joined by the familiar form of Sirth that he was only too pleased to see. So she had been the first to track him down afterall. It had been more to his surprise when he realized she had come alone, but it didn't really take him long to guess what was going on. That is, at least in a very general sense.

Rhiunth was enjoying his time with Sirth and was quite glad she had tracked him down when she did. Spending time chatting and playing around was much more enjoyable than sitting there alone and waiting with no one to talk to. It wasn't long before he became aware of someone much smaller and much less draconic headed toward them. Jumping up then, Rhiunth happily greeted Lilly with a nod, even going far enough to nose her lightly as well. The brown waited for the rider to settle herself in before lowering himself again.

'What happened'? That didn't sound good. Rhiunth had to admit that Sirth hadn't told him anything that he would have though fit with 'What happened'. He blinked a concerned eye at Lilly, wondering what had happened. 'Sirth, you didn't say anything happened. Is something wrong?' Quickly, the dragon looked the pair over to make sure they weren't hurt. When he heard it was only the weyrleader he had to sigh relief. At least they weren't hurt. 'Yours scared me for a minute there.' Rhiunth commented, relief in his voice now. 'You can tell Lilly Yours that she is perfectly welcome to stay here as long as she needs, though I am curious to know what happened...

Lilly smiled as the brown nosed her, and she hugged into him as he did, sighing happily quickly and then stood in front of him as Sirth relayed the message from Rhiunth to her, ’well, she told me not to say anything, as she would prefer to tell you herself, I wasn’t trying to hide anything from you…’ she spoke to both Rhiunth and Lilly at the same time, which gave Lilly time to chirp in “I did tell her to not tell you Rhi, I didn’t want you to worry about me … as silly as that might seem.” She fiddled nervously before she continued on.

Lilly explained to Rhiunth what had happened, including the bit about following N’kar, and then going up to the point where she was discovered eavesdropping on the meeting, “I’d, really appreciate you not saying anything to Nekarian before he left though, I don’t want him to leave early for my sake, or for him to worry… please…” she pleaded, with a look that wasn’t too far from the droopy eyed puppy dog face, but not so exaggerated to make her look silly.

Rhiunth was a reasonable dragon and as such he could understand Lilly's reason for asking Sirth not to tell him what was going on. It was probably better to hear it firsthand from someone that was there anyway. The dragon didn't move much physically in response to what Lilly said, but he did nod slightly. 'It's alright, I can respect that. You just worried me a bit is all.' Though he spoke only to Sirth, Rhiunth knew Sirth would relay at least the important parts to her rider. '... Both of you. But it's probably better that I didn't find out until now anyway.' A whirling eye watched Lilly as she fiddled - upset? - before going on to tell her tale.

Listening intently, Rhiunth barely twitched as his attentio was focused on what Lilly was saying. If it hadn't been for the fact that Sirth had shown up so soon after he had settled himself down he might have found the part about Lilly following N'kar off almost funny. Still, he waited until she had finished to comment on anything. Huffing a light laughter he nodded once more in response to Lilly's request. 'I won't say a word to him, you can assure her of that, Sirth. In fact, I haven't even told him you were here yet. I thought he had more important things to do right now than worry about who I'm 'pestering'.' He laughed, shifted a bit, then dropped into a more serious tone. 'I don't know how long N'kar will be, but as far as I can tell, Yours isn't in too much trouble...' The fact that the weyrleader hadn't gone on to announce her presence to everyone else was a good sign as far as Rhiunth could tell. He did find it rather amusng that N'kar had no idea that Lilly had been there though.

As Rhiunth expected Sirth did relay on the messages adding random little extras that Rhiunth couldn’t hear, like ‘I really like how he is concerned with us’ and ‘don’t you think he’s so cute with how he thinks sometimes’. Lilly gave a mental eye roll, if that’s really possible to her dragon. Lilly looked at Rhiunth with a bit of a cockeyed smiled. “You were worried about both of us? What has Sirth been doing to cause you to worry about me? I can sort of understand why you would worry about her but … generally I stay out of trouble … and stay away from people so, you get my point right?” her point being worrying about her was pretty pointless.

Lilly nodded happily, she knew it wasn’t really something she should ask of him but she really didn’t want him to worry about her while in the meeting, it was the last thing he really needed to do. “Thank you Rhi, I know it’s not really fair to ask you keeping stuff from him but, I don’t want him to get distracted, it seems things are going to become quiet, interesting, around here.” Lilly had taken a seat next to Sirth sitting down on a paw she she slid out for he to rest on, and Sirth taking to a more rested position. Lilly listened to Sirth, and another slight smile creped onto her face hearing that she probably wasn’t in too much trouble, even if she was hearing it from Rhiunth, it gave her a little comfort. Sirth chuckled at who Rhiunth was pestering, ’you mean, he wouldn’t suspect you would be chasing me around?’ Lilly took her turn to talk again now, “it’s good that you think I won’t be in too much trouble, I’ve just never talked to or for that matter even met the man before, so, it kind of had me worried, and you know how I was with Nekarian the first time we met?”

It was probably a good thing that Rhiunth couldn't hear all the little things Sirth was adding to the message she was passing on to Lilly for him. It must have seemed a bit silly to keep going on this way with the conversation, but any rider could tell you that it wasn't often a dragon spoke with someone other than its rider. The brown returned her smile with a rumble of a laugh himself. She did have a point with the whole 'avoiding people' thing. But still, Rhiunth felt he had his reasons. 'Maybe Lilly Yours doesn't worry me all the time, but being all mysterious about 'what happened' sure didn't do much to fight it off there' he admitted, though chuckling mentally he was.

Whether or not she thought it was 'right' or 'fair' to be asking Rhiunth to keep this from his rider until a better time, he would probably do it anyway. He was of a similar mindset that, although N'kar would like to know that something had happened and although he probably should be told about it all, it was probably best to let him finish out the meeting first with his mind clear and without having to worry about any of them. Rhiunth dipped his head to Lilly. 'I understand her reasoning, and I fully agree. N'kar will find out when it is best for him to know, and when he doesn't need to keep his mind on other things.' Rhiunth chuckled then, tacking on a little playful side comment to Sirth with his message for Lilly. 'Well, to be fair he probably would guess that... But if I remember correctly it was you who was chasing me Dear Sirth.' It seemed that even in a serious conversation Rhiunth couldn't help himself. If N'kar had been here he probably would have had to roll his eyes at the silly beast. It didn't take much thought to remember how Lilly had been the first time they all had met. N'kar hadn't been much better, so Rhiunth could understand what she meant. 'I know, and though I could be wrong and I don't know how qualified I actually am to answer on this, I wouldn't be too worried if I were Yours.'

Sirth continued with the extra useless information as she was listening to Rhiunth, or she did until Lilly told her to stop and just tell her what he was saying. Finally Lilly could think about the one thing she was worried about instead of having to think about how weird her dragon was at times. Lilly could understand how being how she was about the situation, it could cause worry but she would still insist that worrying about her was almost pointless. “Sorry, didn’t mean to make you worry there for a moment.” She had a slight chuckle in her voice.

Lilly nodded in agreement. She hated the idea, she really didn’t like keeping secrets, especially from people she cared about, but logically it was the best thing to do. Lilly sat on her dragon’s paw wiggling her feet back and forth, pondering what she would end up having to talk to the Weyrleader about, ’you should just worry about that later, sitting here worrying about isn’t something that’s going to make things easier for you this evening.’ Sirth swapped over to Rhiunth to tell him the only thing that Lilly was thinking, so that her sentence kind of made sence. “I’m trying not to, but it’s kind of hard, I have no idea how I’m going to sleep tonight…” Lilly looked down at her feet again going back and forth pondering still over what she had just mentioned, she hoped tonight she didn’t dream, for that on top of her worrying she would probably be a walking zombie in the morning.

Rhiunth snuffed a little laughter at Lilly's apology. He had probably made a bigger deal out of the whole thing than he had needed to, but then maybe that was just because it was Lilly and Sirth he was speaking with. Apparently he had a way of worrying about anyone he cared about, and you could definitely say he cared about Lilly and Sirth. 'It's ok. I probably overreacted a little anyway.' he admitted lightly. Probably more than a little, honestly, but he wasn't going to admit to that much.

The brown sat there then, watching Lilly and Sirth as Lilly fidgeted on her dragon's foot. Finally after a moment he voiced a question he had been thinking over. 'Sirth, I take it Yours wants to tell Mine about all of this herself, right?' The question was almost rhetorical really. Rhiunth highly doubted Lilly would want him to tell the whole story to N'kar. Still, he felt he should ask. Listening to their little exchange, he didn't really have anything to add. He had seen Lilly's problem with dreams himself the last time they had been together, but he didn't really know what to say about it. Sirth had a point, he figured. Spending all day worrying about these things wasn't going to do her any good at least. For a moment, the brown thought about asking if she'd want to camp out the night in their weyr with N'kar and himself, but he decided against it on the grounds that N'kar had no idea any of this was going on right now, and ultimately it should be his rider's idea to do such a thing, not his.

Rhiunth? Where are you? I'm thinking things are about to wrap up here pretty soon. The voice of his rider came almost unexpectedly, but he had to admit N'kar seemed to have pretty good timing. 'I'm not that far from the tunnel you left me at. Once you reach the bowl you should be able to find me.' Rhiunth turned his conversation back to Sirth then. 'Sirth, you can tell Lilly Yours that N'kar is on his way shortly. I haven't said a word to him.'

Lilly smiled again to the brown after Sirth relayed his last message, hopping up and walking over to him and placing a hand on him and resting her against him as well, “I appreciate your concern though, don’t get me wrong.” She was really flip floppy sometimes it seemed, her way of saying one thing then switching the might confuse people, or dragons. “I just don’t want you worrying about me, needlessly you know?”

Sirth remained sat as she watched her rider walk over to the brown, she never really minded at the attention she shared, she was just so happy to see her able to be herself around someone, or something, without breaking into a nervous wreck. ’ Yeah, I’d think she would want to tell him. Also, I’m so glad that I got to meet you, and not just for my sake, she seems to be so comfortable around you, if you couldn’t see that.’ Sirth rumbled a light laugh to Rhiunth, she had only let that go though to him as well, not to be secretive, but just to preserve the moment, of Lilly being the person she wanted her to be and knew she could be, if not for that blasted nervousness she possessed being so strong. Oh well, for now, she would just enjoy watch Lilly stand against Rhiunth, seeming like the rest of the world was not even existing.

’I’m so tempted to not say anything and let it be a surprise for when he gets here. And him not knowing we will be here, although, I suspect he will realize it once he sees me, I’m really good at being obvious you know…’ also, Sirth had this urge to be right beside Rhiunth again, she was now slowly creeping her way over to him, not very subtly but getting there, ’think I should tell her?’

Lilly could try and assure Rhiunth that he shouldn't worry about her all she wanted but the dragon would probably do it anyway. She didn't need to know that part though. Like he had said, it wasn't like he sat around constantly worrying about the pair of them. He only did it when he felt he had a reason to. He was sure they could take care of themselves well enough. He didn't move a bit when she came over to rest against him, instead only sighing happily. 'As long as you to don't give me a reason to.' he teased.

Just as he had thought. It was Lilly's story to tell, afterall. And besides, Rhiunth would have his own explaining to do when N'kar arrived to find that they had company. But he knew that could wait. It wasn't like N'kar would think it an unpleasant surprise when he found out. In fact, Rhiunth rather thought the brownrider might actually need something like this after a meeting. Rhiunth chuckled mentally at Sirth's comment. Yes, he could definitely see what she meant about Lilly. 'In that case I'm glad I could help.' He teased, of course, but he did mean it too. He knew what it could be like, and if Lilly felt comfortable enough to lean against him like that, he felt a good about it. A happily whirling eye rested on Sirth as the moment went on.

The idea of keeping N'kar's arrival a secret from Lilly amused Rhiunth. It wasn't exactly a nice thing to do, but it might be fun anyway. He already knew N'kar would be surprised. 'You don't have to tell her.' Should he have been encouraging this? Probably not, but he was doing it anyway. Watching Sirth as she moved closer gave him an idea. 'You know, you might be a bit less obvious if you lay beside me here.' The brown indicated a place beside him on the side away from the tunnel he knew N'kar would be coming out of shortly. Yes, he was suggesting it partially so that she would have a reason to lay beside him again, but also so that they could drag out the fun of surprising N'kar just a little bit more as well.

Lilly nodded smiling at Rhiunth, “well, I’ll try not to give a reason at least.” Giggling a little after she commented. Lilly stood against Rhiunth a while longer, thinking about how, great she thought he was, and the irony that of all the people, she could find to let her care about her, and she cared also for, it would end up being a Brown he was bonded too, it seemed almost fated, from the day she met Xenth.

Sirth let out a happy hum, as Rhiunth replied to her. She could tell that he cared for Lilly, and she knew for some reason, that she was better with Rhiunth and her around then just her, she knew she could only do so much for Lilly, and that others would have to fill in the gaps, and for the most part it seemed that Rhiunth and N’kar would be able to do that.

Sirth chuckled mentally to Rhiunth, ’ I don’t think I will, it’ll be nice to see her surprised to see him.’ Sirth then stood herself up, and walked the rest of the four or so paces over to Rhiunth, and set herself down somewhere so that he was in between her and the tunnel, and then tried to lie down in such a way that she took up as little space as possible. It didn’t go unnoticed though, “what, are you doing Sirth?”
’I’m snuggling into my Rhiunth, you’r not the only one who enjoys hugging into him. Lilly pondered at her for a moment wondering why she hadn’t done it before, but nothing really made sense she just blow it off as her dragon being herself, and went back to leaning against Rhi.

A low rumbling sounded from Rhiunth as he laughed with Lilly. She could try, but he probably would anyway, the silly beast. He couldn't know what the rider was thinking about, but he didn't need to. He was perfectly content to just let her stand there. She was enjoying it as far as he could tell, and Sirth was happy. That was enough for the brown.

Rhiunth liked Sirth's choice to not tell Lilly N'kar was coming. It wasn't so much because he thought it would be fun, even though the fun-loving side of him thought it might be, but more because N'kar might not chew him out for it as much later if Lilly was surprised as well. That, and he did agree that it would be nice to see them when they realized who was there. 'Sounds good to me. I think he's left now too. It shouldn't be too long before he gets here.' The brown hummed softly with happiness as Sirth moved over and settled as unnoticably beside him as she could. It picked up a little when Lilly decided to comment on it. He turned to nose the green lightly, maybe to add to her little cover-up, or maybe just because he felt like it. Or maybe even both! It might have been hard to tell, and he certainly wasn't going to tell.

Alright Rhiunth, I'm here. Where are - oh, nevermind. Rhiunth had to laugh at his rider.
'See? Told you you could find me.' The dragon turned to look in the direction of his rider as the man started making his way toward what he thought was only his dragon. 'How was it?' He asked, trying to distract him a bit longer.
It was a meeting, same as any other. How was it out here by yourself? There was a hint of a laugh there.
'Nnn... It was alright.' Rhiunth's eyes were whirling faster now.
A few more paces and... What was that? N'kar could see a shape, another person leaning up against his dragon. He stopped, confused. Rhiunth... Who is that? But the dragon didn't answer. Still not catching on, N'kar started walking again. It was only a moment or so longer before he finally realized who was there.
"Lilly?" There was still a hint of confusion in his voice. Rhiunth hadn't said anyone was there, and he didn't see Sirth. What would Lilly be doing here without Sirth? A little closer and there was no doubt about who was there. He picked up pace into a jog, confused smile on his face. "Lilly! I wasn't expecting to see you here."

Sirths tail wagged slight with excitement out of sight of Lilly, but enough so that Rhiunth would know that she seemed excited, ’is it bad that I’m enjoying this already and I probably shouldn’t be,’ especially with how Lilly was coming to N’kar for advice, and how, although at the moment she didn’t really seem like it, but she was really churning over so many thoughts in her head subconsciously that if she realized it she would probably feint due to over thinking. Sirth moved to nuzzle again Rhiunth as he moved towards her as well, it was really a good thing she couldn’t grin else she might give away their evil, evil plan, ’its good that he shall be here soon, for I’m trying not to giggle and laugh, I’m such an awful dragon to Lilly-mine, sometimes, but its harmless fun… I’m sure she will forgive me for it.

Maybe she wasn’t paying too much attention to things going on around her, but up till the point at which N’kar called her name, she hadn’t noticed him, infact the only thing she had noticed was just how similar in color Rhiunth and Xenth was, she was starting to believe it was fate. “AH!” as Lilly jumped at her name being called breaking her from her semi-daydream of Rhiunths hide, she turned and looked over to N’kar, smiling after she realized who it was, and started to walk the difference in distance between them to meet him, even if it were only a very short distance, but pausing half way the, and turning back to look at Rhiunth, and her dragon, somehow, she knew that Sirth had something to do with him not knowing she was there, now came the question of how to react… “Umm, hi?” coming across somewhat nervously, she then coughed and tried again “I mean, Rhi didn’t tell you I was here?” she thought this would be a bit easier. Suddenly though something took over her actions and she sort of flung herself at N’kar put her arms around him and held onto him, her head turned sideways on, and eyes closed like someone afraid of something awful that was about to happen.

Rhiunth could tell Sirth was excited, and he was to a point as well. It wasn't everyday he got the chance to do something like this. And he even had an excuse to hide behind as well. He laughed at Sirth's comment. She did have a pretty good point there. They probably shouldn't have been enjoying this as much as they were. But they were anyway, and it was hardly worth it to try and get them to stop now. If they even could that is. 'Probably, but you are so why stop now? And besides, it isn't like this is life threatening information we're keeping from them. They'll be surprised, and they'll be happy. And we get the satisfaction of watching.' Rhiunth was quite satisfied with that reasoning. He nodded. 'I'm sure she will.'

Ok, so maybe confused was putting it mildly. N'kar was bordering on bewildered now as Lilly seemed to be as surprised to see him as he was to see her here. Seriously, what was going on? "Um hi?" He repeated, teasing though he still didn't know what the deal was. He shook his head, shooting a glance over at his dragon who, at the moment, was acting very uninterested in the riders though he was actually watching them quite closely. "No, he didn't actually. I thought he was alone out here. Speaking of which, where's Sirth?" That was his cue. Rhiunth shifted a bit, though not actually moving, so that Sirth could be seen right beside Rhiunth from where N'kar stood. Well that figured. The rider scowled at his dragon. "Oh, nevermind." He shook his head, pleasant smile finding its way into his features again. Even if he hadn't been warned that she would be here, he was still glad to see her again. He was completely caught off guard when she flung herself onto him then. It took him a moment to react. When he finally got his sense back, he wrapped his arms around her tightly, unsure of what was wrong, but wanting to help in any way he could. After remaining there a moment or so he loosened his hold on her a bit and looked down at her. "So to what do I owe this visit then?"

Sirth hummed in agreement, yeah maybe if it were life threatening she would for sure tell Lilly or whoever it was so that they didn’t get hurt. But, this was just silly, so Sirth was happy just to sit and watch this carry on. It was always nice to see Lilly with someone, even if it was the person she cared for, not that that should be used as an excuse. ’ hmm you make a good point Rhiunth, and I oh so do enjoy watching yours with mine.

Lilly clung onto N’kar for a second longer before looking up to him as he looked down at her, “he really didn’t tell you?” she turned slightly to reconfirm her suspicion looking at her dragon, she could swear she was smiling but, maybe not. “I… I bet they planned it…” oh well was it really worth worrying over, they were having fun at their rider’s expense, typical really. Lilly turned back to N’kar and tried to act rather casual, or at least casual as much as she could. “Owe the visit? You wouldn’t believe co-incidence would you?” she giggled lightly, and then started her next sentence, “well, let me start at the beginning, would you be mad at me if I told you I followed you to your meeting?” she only really stared at his chest, sort of worried that he really would be bad at her.

While he did appreciate a good trick or two at th expense of his rider, Rhiunth would never withold information that could potentially cause harm to N'kar, or anyone for that matter. It didn't hurt that it was Lilly that made up the other part of this either. If there was anyone N'kar wouldn't mind running into unexpectedly it was her. Rhiunth had enjoyed watching his rider having a good time the last time he had been with Lilly, and he was glad that they could spend more time together, even if Lilly was here for advice. 'They are nice together, aren't they? I'm so glad that they met.' Rhiunth agreed. It was good to see them happy to see each other.

N'kar sighed and shook his head in answer. "No, I honestly wasn't expecting to find anyone else out here." He laughed at Lilly's comment. "I'm sure they did." It sure sounded like something Rhiunth would do, especially since it was Lilly here that he had conveniently not mentioned. That only made it all more believable. Still, he wondered just why she was here in the first place. Had Rhiunth asked Sirth to come down while he waited for him? No, he doubted that. "No, somehow I doubt there was much coincidence involved in this." He shook his head, laughing. This stopped when she started her story however. N'kar's eyebrows furrowed slightly as he looked at Lilly. Why would she have followed him there of all places? "No, I wouldn't be mad about that. Confused, but not mad." A small smile started tugging on his mouth then. No, he wasn't mad at all, just curious. "And could I ask why you would have wanted to do that in the first place?"

It was probably something very common amongst all present that they were each very glad that one met the other, but probably more so were the dragon, or at least they were the ones that realized it at first, not that both riders probably didn’t realize it, they just probably didn’t realize the significance of it. ’yeah, I’m with you on that one, and not only so that they can be together, but so that I got to meet you as well’ Sirth nuzzles her head against Rhiunths affectionately.

Lilly smiled slightly at N’kars laugh, least he figured it was funny, she was in between too worried and too happy to remember to laugh at the seeming joke that had been played, “evil dragons” she scowled. Lilly sort of looked down at the ground slightly shamefully, glad he wasn’t bad but she knew that didn’t mean that it couldn’t change, “umm, well, I was, sitting, trying to get this… horrible concoction my mother used to make for me and my brother when we had a cold, it really is nasty, I’ll let you try it sometime.” Go go gadget run on sentence, oh how Lilly was good at this! She continued though. “but that isn’t important I saw you walk by and you were heading in the direction and for some reason I decided I was too curious to not know what was happening so I decided to follow you, and eventually ended up sat outside the council room door, I suppose eavesdropping in on the conversation, which I know I really shouldn’t of done and I don’t know why I did it but I did!” the whole time she talked her arms and hands were moving around as she pointed, and motioned with her hands, it was probably more comical then anything else. She paused and looked up at him, rather worried as she had just that she had rambled for a good minute or so, “err, you, can stop me if I’m weirding you out, or, something…”
’ you’re weirding me out, do I get a say In'~
’no you don’t…' a single huff came from Sirth suddenly.

N'kar was a bit slow when it came to stuff like this, but Rhiunth knew that his rider could be counted in that same category. Thinking about it all, the brown had gone into a low humming, as he often did when he was enjoying himself. He returned Sirth's nuzzling, though he took a moment or two more to respond to her verbally. 'You're so sweet Sirth.'

N'kar didn't laugh this time at Lilly's oh-so-true description of their dragons. He was a little worried about her now, though why that might be was a mystery to him. She didn't seem quite so amused by it as he was. In fact, she seemed fairly flustered. He listened to her story as she began, though he wasn't quite sure what the part about her mother's weird concoction had to do with anything. Still, he listened silently, eyes following her every gesture as she spoke. She was either really nervous or really into her story. It was almost little hard not to smile when she was doing that, but he fought the urge. Now wasn't the time anyway. When she mentioned something about having to let him try it sometime he grimaced lightheartedly, shaking his head. "Uh... I don't know, I might have to pass on that if you don't mind. You don't make it sound all that great. Though... Does it work?" Wasn't this almost like a conversation they had had last time they were together? Only last time it had something to do with eating crab, and it didn't sound like Lilly had such a problem with eating those. Lilly finished speaking, and N'kar had to admit he was still a little confused. That really didn't seem wuite as bad as she seemed to think it was. Shaking his head and reassuring smile in place once again, the rider placed a comforting hand on Lilly's shoulder.
"You're fine, I'm not weirded out, don't worry." He assured her before continuing. Actually, he almost thought it was kind of sweet, in a strange way. "And, even though I guess it probably wasn't exactly a great thing to go on and eavesdrop on a meeting, I don't think that's quite as big a problem as you're afraid it is." He smiled at her. "I'm definitely not mad at you for it, if that's what you're so worried about."

Sirth scoffed jokingly, ’ ME!, sweet, you must be confused, mine, is in a predicament, and all I have thought of is how amusing it was to surprise both of ours by not telling them they were about to run into each other… it doesn’t seem, ‘sweet’ to me.’ I mean, does that really sound like a sweet kind and thoughtful dragon to you? She was being overly sarcastic of course and laughed at herself once she was done. ’I’m glad you think so thought,’ nuzzling her (in her opinion) dragon again.

Lilly could understand why he wouldn’t want to try the evil cough medicine of doom, for it was a horrible mix of herbs and flavors, somehow it cured it? Was normally what she thought as she drank it . “it’s ok, just … don’t get a cold, or something along those lines. But yes, it works …” It was actually very reliving to hear that he wasn’t wierded out, or mad (still) but she wasn’t totally convinced that G’fish would be ‘ok’ with it, she assumed there would be some kind of punishment to go along with it, she just want to get an idea on what it might be and maybe an idea on the man’s personality and temperament. “well, there’s, one, last thing…” she paused again as he upwards look at N’kar sort of just leveled off and she was staring into his shirt now. “I might, maybe, could have, probably, and most possibly, got caught…” and she knew what the next question was going to be, so she just went ahead and mentioned it, “by, G’fish, the Weyrleader, and … your wingleader…” she kind of trailed off into murmuring after, waiting to see what N’kar would say this time.

Rhiunth found Sirth's little sarcastic remark rather amusing. He laughed a bit before saying anything. Her point was pretty obvious. 'Well I think that's all relative, my dear. Don't forget that I'm almost as guilty as you are there. I didn't tell Mine that you both were here, and I didn't try to convince you not to tell Yours either. In fact, I might have even encouraged that a little... Maybe.' Whether or not those were sweet things or not, Rhiunth still thought she was. It wasn't like this was his only experience with her that he could base it on, afterall.

N'kar laughed at Lilly's apparent dislike of this odd mixture of whatever it was that her mother had apparently favored. If she still made it for herself though it must have some sort of effect... Or else she just did it out of comfort or something like that. "I'll try not to, but I'm not sure I should promise I won't catch a cold. I don't know how well I can uphold that promise." One last thing... N'kar cocked his head slightly to one side at those words. Lilly seemed to be having the biggest problem with this part. The brownrider couldn't imagine what would be so horrible that might have happened except for... G'fish... And sure enough that was what Lilly confirmed. N'kar remembered when the weyrleader had entered the meeting late. He had no idea that he had been followed there, but if someone had come after him, it wasn't surprising that Lilly had been disovered. N'kar's face fell a little, partially sorry that Lilly had managed to get herself into some kind of trouble because of him. Well, the weyrleader hadn't said anything about it, so that could be a good sign. "What did he say when he found you there?" He hoped she wasn't in too much trouble for this.

Maybe? By him not saying anything or at least telling her he didn’t have a opinion on it either way made Sirth go, ‘oh goodie time for fun!’ ’yeah, that maybe, is a rather large maybe, as in … you did, hmm I dunno though, I really like ours together, despite the fact that the twice we have got them together it has been because of something, silly… maybe one day they will just decide to go to dinner or something, normal!

Really N’kars comment about catching a cold wasn’t really noticed, as it was in the middle of something a little more serious, but then again she had started on the distracted state. If Lilly knew that N’kar felt part of this was his fault she probably would of done the hermitting thing where she just secluded herself from the world because she caused trouble, good thing she couldn’t. Also the look she got from N’kar was really a uplifting sight. After he had questioned her again she let her head sink again a little disheartened by what she saw, but trying not to let it show at the same time, which, wasn’t working, the slight sign of worry, and by slight she was probably shivering just a little, and also the look of, ‘help me find a hiding hole till this blows over’ was apparent. “umm, h-he said, that, he wa-wanted to know, wh-why I was lis-tening in on you a-all, and then to-told me to com-e see him, to-tomorrow… I, wo-wonder, if he wi-will le-let me write, i-instead of ta-talking…” a slight hopeful look maybe appeared, but it wouldn’t last long, after all it was only a glimmer of hope from someone who couldn’t find hope if she was rolling in it at this point.

Rhiunth couldn't really argue there. It wasn't like he was going to lie and pretend he hadn't thought the idea might be fun. So rather than fight Sirth's accusations, he soaked them up and chuckled in somewhat smug, playful fashion and nodded in agreement. 'Alright, so maybe I did. Can you really blame me though? You were thinking the same thing...' She had brought it up first, hadn't she? The brown dragon shifted a bit - he could be so fidgety sometimes it seemed, though that might have something to do with his never ending curiousity about just about anything. 'That's true. I'm sure if we give them enough time they'll eventually get together themselves for a good reason. It might take a while, but they get along too well for them not to realize it eventually.'

So maybe N'kar was being a little too lighthearted for this situation. Lilly obviously wasn't finding it all as amusing as he had been, so it was probably in his best interest to drop it. If she was this upset about it all, now wasn't the time to joke. And upset she was. The more Lilly shook and stuttered and looked generally upset, the more N'kar felt like he should have stopped it all somehow before she got caught. He knew that he hadn't known she was hiding there, so it wasn't like he could have excused himself for a moment and gotten her to leave before she ended up getting into trouble. Still, he sighed, small hopeful smile in place for Lilly's sake. "Lilly, I'm sure you'll be alright. G'fish didn't say anything about catching anyone eavesdropping, so it isn't like we all sat around plotting the worst kind of punishment you could get. And you didn't hurt anyone either." N'kar found his hand lightly stroking Lilly's arm, whether for her own sake or his maybe even he wasn't sure, but he was trying to be reassuring. She seemed like she could use that right now.

Well, yes she could blame him if she really wanted to, but let’s face it, she wasn’t going to, or at least not admit it to Lilly, ’yeah, I could blame you, but i don’t think it would be a justified blaming, because am as guilty as you say, and a blind man calling another blind man blind, is a silly…’ suddenly thoughts of the last time they were together and how Rhiunth though she was so smart for comparing trees with something or another, this time, it seem, a little less brilliant. ’the question becomes, how long would it take!’ Sirth suspected actually, Lilly would make the first move there, she knew how hers felt and she was sure that curiosity would drive her to him eventually.

Actually joking around would probably make her feel better, again though without the mind reading thing, how was N’kar supposed to know that, true she was upset, and nervous, and worried, and many other things, but getting her mind off of it for now would probably work best, there wasn’t anything Lilly could do to really prepare for meet G’fish, but that didn’t stop her from worrying herself silly, getting her mind off of it would help for sure, least someone else knew how she was feeling and would intervene eventually, once she stopped snuggling into a brown, leathery, thing. Lilly missed N’kar smile, as she was still sort of staring into his chest trying to figure out what compelled her to go after him, sometimes her curiosity was a bad thing, in fact in her opinion it was a lot, a bad thing. All of what N’kar said though made pretty good sense, but still it didn’t stop her from worrying about it, making sense and using it were different things. “Yeah… I guess, guess you’re r-“… she suddenly turned away from N’kar, and sneezed, shivering a little after, “darn.” Sniffing a little as well she had done so well to not show she was feeling sick, except for the part where she was telling him about that strange drink … “sorry, but you are right I guess, I just can’t … help the thought of having, t-to stand there and explain m-myself. Its, more wo-worrying about, i-if I can form a sentence, to him.”

Finally, something mentally hit Sirth, she had just on chance bounced a second of her conciouness into Lilly to see how she were doing, and well, she about fell over, which is quiet a task as she was already, lying down (now that would be amusing). She knew what would help though, as should any dragon and there riders, she nuzzled again Rhiunth, and talking quietly to him ’ Rhiunth dear, would you suggest to yours about taking Lilly for a walk along the lake, she’s going to worry herself into sickness I think if she just stands there much longer.’ there had only been one instance where Lilly had been so nervous she actually fainted, but that didn’t need to be mentioned right now.

Rhiunth was obviously in a more playful and relaxed mood than his rider at the moment as he lay there joking and talking with Sirth. In fact, it might almost seem like the dragon was oblivious of N'kar though that was never true. Rhiunth always had an eye on his rider. He was overly protective that way sometimes. 'Well I can see I won't be changing your mind anytime soon, will I? You can blame me if you must, dear Sirth, but I would have to agree with it not being very justified.' Rhiunth chuckled. Even if it wasn't quite as poetic as her previous metephors, he still thought she had a way with her comparisons. 'Mmm, now that I'm not sure of. I hope it doesn't take forever, and with the way they behave I doubt it'll take that long. I guess we'll just have to see.'

Though he probably didn't show it as much as he felt it, N'kar was floundering about mentally, so worried that he might say the wrong thing or do something wrong. He kind of wished Rhiunth would intervene on one hand, and on the other he cursed his oh-so-social past. Maybe if he had tried to interact more when he was younger he would know what to do now. The truth was, he was pretty lost, wanting to be there for Lilly and do anything he could to help, but unsure of how he should do that. 'Everyone has to learn sometime.' It figured Rhiunth would say something as unhelpful as possible now. If he felt like thinking about it though, he probably could have realized Rhiunth had a pretty good point. It didn't help him much now though. The, for a moment, N'kar was torn from his endless mental arguement with himself over what he should do as Lilly began to speak, only to turn from him and sneeze. It took something that obvious for him to finally put two and two together and realize that there would have to be a reason for her to have been messing around with something she considered so gross. Regardless of his own health, the rider went ahead and hugged Lilly again. A thought had occured to him, and after a moment of thought on it he spoke it. "I could go with you when you see G'fish if you'd like. For support or something." The man was his wingleader afterall, so that might help a little. Although, there was the possibility that G'fish didn't really want an extra tag along when he called for someone in particular. "Or maybe go with you down there, and wait for you outside until you're done." Kind of like what Lilly had just done actually. It was only a thought and Lilly could refuse if she wanted to do it alone, but he thought he should offer at least. Maybe she would be more comfortable if someone else was there.

Sirth's request was far from unreasonable, and from Rhiunth's point of view it seemed like a great idea. Nuzzling Sirth back as he so often did, he relayed the message to N'kar. 'N'kar Mine, Sirth suggests, and I agree with her, that it might be a good idea for you to ask Lilly to walk with you around the lake.' N'kar wondered why he hadn't thought of that before. "Lilly, how about we go take a walk around the lake for a bit?" The rider took a half step bak and smiled encouragingly at her, awaiting her response. Rhiunth meanwhile commented back to Sirth. 'That was a wonderful idea.'

’isnt that what females do in society, blame the males for everything and then go along there merry way? a snickering and joking came along with that comment, she didn’t mean it (and either does the writer) but it was amusing for the moment. Yeah it wouldn’t take long, probably, Lillys bubble was slowly fading, surprisingly enough you would think it was gone but there were quiet a lot of things Lilly would be very uncomfortable with still, but simply meeting up, well, actually now that Sirth thought about it, ’ well actually we do know how long it took, just a few days, right?’ she nudged in the direction of the two, it had really been a day or so and it wasn’t planned, but Lilly hadn’t hesitated to come to Rhiunth, she really knew where to go right away.

Again! Good thing she couldn’t read minds, if she knew that he was feeling this way she would probably go to leave, only to realize that, he was being rather sweet and then turn around and come back, wait, did her mind just admit to that? … anyways, she was rather surprised when after she sneezed that she was hugged once more, granted she was probably contagious she almost without thinking clung back to N’kar closing her eyes as she squeezed him, and for a moment forgetting that she had to worry about anything, something about, being this way with him and the safety it brought was such a great feeling for her. As N’kar spoke his idea, she really liked the idea of it, but thought the same thing; G’fish probably wouldn’t want her to bring him with her. The second idea sounded much better, “I… like the idea of the second one, knowing you are close, would probably help a lot.” She still clung to him not really wanting to let go for right now as she was in a happy-ish place, and really didn’t want to leave.

However once N’kar had mentioned going for a walk along the lake, it was like taking a step from happy land and jumping into happy ocean, she took a second to lean back to arms length so she could look up and smile to N’kar, how she would love to do that, “Yeah, that would be great.” Lilly turned to look at the lake, for a second and then started to move towards it but only after N’kar led her, and Lilly still clinging slightly to him, hoping he didn’t mind. ’ thank you dear, I think that’s points for both of us, some for me because I can search Lilly-mines thoughts, and know her, points for you for relaying the message for I would not of said anything to yours, and finally points for yours for now Lilly-mine thinks more of him for suggesting it. And all the while, we can be lazy and sit here and do nothing, if we want.’
